I would highly recommend this hospital to everyone because of the staff. The pre op staff was kind, friendly and relaxing. The post surgical nurse was thorough, kind and kept me updated on my husband's progress. The floor nurses Tim, Clayton and McKenzie, took amazing care of both of us and I can't thank them enough. Our CNA's were well trained, efficient and friendly. Our PT's were exemplary and such a good wealth of ways to help us transition to home. So, in closing thank you so much you have all made our stay here a positive experience.

Emergency room visit took 7 hours overall and ended with nothing being prescribed or recommended expect for us to go see another doctor. Save the trip. Find a doctor first if possible

Can’t say enough great things about my experience at McKenzie Willamette.They provided an amazing outpatient surgery service. All of the staff were super supportive and made me feel safe and confident I was in good hands.Great communication.Transparent cost.Competent, caring, and cordial.

Disappointed.!!! This ER has gone downhill. They post on their website wait times (which is minutes) and they also have a schedule appt time. We scheduled an appt. We’ve been here for over 5 hours with no help. If they are going to post times on their web page yet should be accurate times. If they know they are running hours behind, they should let you know so you have the option of going somewhere else or waiting out their actual wait time not their website posted times. Really disappointed and will never come to this ER again.!

Was refused check in because I didn't have photo ID on me. Ronnie told me I can't check you in without photo ID and insurance card, I thought emergency rooms had to see you. Seems shady and illegal, asked for an administrator and she just sat there looking at me.

I was at work and fell on the ice. I came here at 12:30. Around 5 they told me that I was still 30th in line. I told them that my pain was a 91/2.. they told me later that they didn't know where I was in line and that I needed to wait until they called me. I went to my car to turn on my heated seat for some relief.. they called my name while I was out and then took me off the list. I didn't even know that until I finally 10 minutes ago went to ask how much longer could it be... She looked puzzled and

A far better experience compared to Peace Health Riverbend ER. The staff just seem to be more caring and considerate to each patient. Making more so to consider their individual needs. Also not treating them as if they are an irritation because maybe they have a need that isn't necessarily a valid reason for an ER visit. The time is also cut in half it's much faster at McKenzie and ANYONE can appreciate that. I have found that Riverbend is overworked and understaffed and it's been this way I believe since covid. They are just exhausted. That's the sense I get when I've been to Riverbend in the last two years.

They move people in the middle of the night and once they get your credit card, they will keep billing it and the billers are so stupid they won’t take credit card out of file. They just say that it is unauthorized and I need to call my credit card company!! I spoke with Roy, he refused to give me his supervisor

I want to send a shout out to the nuses who helped me when I was so sick before and during an endoscopy on January 9th. The compassion and attempt to make me feel better were first rate. My surgeons were amazing the entire time I was a mess. THIS is not a bot review. Thank you so very much.

Do NOT come here for mental health treatment. They will not see or help you. You will come in, receive zero help and be treated like garbage. Fingers crossed my friends alive, the cops will let us know soon enough. He stormed out of the hospital and into the woods. Screw this place. The staff could care less about friends and family trying to receive answers or get further help. The way they treated me, no wonder. No compassion, you're just another dollar to these people.

Had three way by pass by Dr Engstrom as my surgeon, if it hadn’t been for him not sure what I would’ve done. What a great team he has! I was out in 5 days !

Absolutely reasonable wait times, made an “appointment” for 11:30, it was fairly busy but got to a room in less than a hour, seen quickly, X-rays, and doctor came back reasonably quickly afterward. Everyone friendly, helpful, and respectful. Thank you for such a positive experience on what was not my favorite day!

No one goes to an emergency department for fun and on top of my concerning medical issue, I have severe anxiety regarding hospitals so I was very on edge when I came in. The staff treated me better than any hospital I've ever been to and the concern for my health and comfort even though I ended up being mostly OK was top notch. Everyone from the intake person to the doctor treated me with compassion and kindness. I finally have some answers for some of my concerns and no one treated me like I was stupid for coming in. I can't thank the staff enough for making an upsetting situation as comfortable as possible.
