Ron Corbett is so helpful! I bought my car from him a few months ago and he gave me his contact. I called him today because I locked my keys in my car; he was more help than my insurance company! I would definitely recommend asking for him if you need any assistance in buying your car. he’s a great guy!

Sam was awesome to work with. I wasn’t even considering buying a truck today just wanted to look and after about 5 minutes of talking with him I was test driving and signing papers. He is very personal and great to work with. Not pushy, wanted what was best for my family and myself. Honest and true! 12/10 recommend

Last month we purchased a beautiful RAV4 Prime! Seth was our salesperson and Stephen was our finance guy. They were both so professional, helpful and friendly. After purchase, Seth spent an hour with me to show me fun details about the car and link my phone to the media player. This was the most pleasant car buying experience EVER, which makes us love our new car even more!

I worked with Seth over at Lithia Toyota of Springfield. He helped me work the best deal and car that would work for my needs. He communicated everything that was going on with the delivery process of my car. He followed up on how I was liking my car. It's been about a week and.. Wow, Loving the New Prius! But equally as important was the experience I had at Lithia Toyota of Springfield. This dealership blew me away. Completely changed my perception of buying a new car. I had the pleasure of working with Seth Bolton in sales and Dennis Dietrich in finance. Exceptional! If you've been thinking about a new car, but are hesitant due to the stigma that surrounds the car dealership industry.. Don't be. Give these guys a shot, you'll be happy you did.

A fantastic place to buy a car.
They went above and beyond in assisting and processing documents with a smile and good humor. As a new car owner of a 2015 FITA 500, I can say that I felt comfortable in every step of the process. Every member of the team was patient and more than willing to answer every question I had in great detail!
A special shout out to Luis Cruz, would highly suggest asking for him if you're wanting a kind and pleasant dude to help you find an amazing car!

I was never able to get ahold of anyone, including the service manager in the original reply below, to schedule maintenance. I was stressing because this is a work vehicle and I could easily put 1,000 miles a week on it and I work every weekday hour that they are open. I just crossed my fingers and rolled up there on a Saturday morning. I was surprised to see it's just like a Valvoline Instant Oil Change. You pull up into a bay and they do the service while you wait in your car. It was a great experience. I thought I'd be waiting in a lobby for hours with nothing but a TV droning on, but it only took 30 min. Techs were professional and awesome. I was also surprised to learn my vehicle had lifetime free oil changes! Toyota for the win. I'll update with how long the service record took to be added to the website.
