Took in a watch for repair. Unfortunately it can't be fixed ?The owner didn't charge me at all.Plus I bought a beautiful watch and bracelet set. Very reasonable price ?. I'd definitely do business with him again ?

Horrible. All cash no cards accepted. Seemed really shady. I think it's a front but seemed really shady. I would not recommend going there.

The gentlemen who owns and operates this small family jewelry store. Is more than pleasant to talk to. He more than obviously loves what he does. It seems he doesn't do much production anymore. How ever, is great for jewelry repairs, time accommodating he will even do the repair right in front of you. He also has a guy in his shop that specializes in watches and repairing them.

Excellent people and friendly service. He did a great repair on my wife's wedding ring in just a few hours so I could surprise my wife on our 40th wedding anniversary. I will highly recommend them to my family and friends and the community.

Anytime you need something fixed or repaired with your jewelry then you need to come here FIRST they treat you like family. I have had many dealing with them over the years and every time I have been 100% satisfied. Mr. Kenworthy knows his stuff he's really friendly and will treat you right! Mrs. Kenworthy is very professional also and down to earth..a good person to know! If I had to rate them and their quality of work I would give them a five with thumbs up! They are good people!

Today I went to Kenworthy's Jewelry in Springfield. It was my first time to go to the shop. I have not been to a jewelers for years. The location was good as I also live in Springfield. I needed to have some links removed from the wristband of a watch I had purchased from a magazine featuring watches necklaces and other items of jewelry.While I was there the owner of the shop shared an album of the the jewelry that had been designed by his wife and also gave me a short introduction to the process of creating a ring from a drawing to a wax mold. That then would be cast. I will have to check the process online to learn moreI was happy with the service I was given and the price was fair. I would recommend this shop with no reservations.I gave 5 stars several times but the system kept changing my rating to less than 5 whole STARS! ???

I have went to this couple for more than a year now. I really like them, especially Coleen. I bring in all of my jewelry to get fixed. The prices are responsible. I brought in my tennis bracelet to get repaired 15.00 I also gave them 14 other items. Got it back in 2 days. Needed the same repair done took it to Harry Ritchie 1 wk later a quote for 89. Two weeks later I got my bracelet back. Fredmeyers. Jewlers 100 same thing 2 weeks later. It’s so nice to finally be able to go in sit down, good company and if they are able they will fix it on the spot!! I’m worried that they aren’t getting the recognition that they deserve. Please community help save our small businesses I don’t want to have to wait 3 weeks and spend 85% more! Do you?

I went in looking for a piece of jewelry for my girlfriend. It is a small shop, but the quality of customer care and appreciation is unrivaled by that of any other jeweler you will find elsewhere. Jarel showed me some pieces he had already in the shop, and then proceeded to bring out two different catalogs of pieces that they can get ordered overnight, in addition to a hefty scrapbook of all the work they had done and designs they have made from scratch. I showed him a similar earring set that my girlfriend would like, but it wasn't the stone that I wanted to get. He proceeded to look through a catalogue as I browsed the scrapbook of their work, and he found the perfect set for her. The pricing was amazing, too! 5/5 stars, I will definitely be going to them for my business and would highly recommend them to anyone to be their center for jewelery.
