Great customer services. I've never left this store not feeling that my needs were met. They treat you amazing. Unlike Harry richies, they'll go above and beyond to help you.

Every time I go into this stores location I'm treated with GREAT customer service and care. They've repaired my jewelry twice and both times it's come back quick. Honestly you want to use a great jewelry shop go here.

Let me just go ahead and leave a review here I went into the store today and felt like a criminal not a big selection unless you want to spend over $1,000 and not everyone can on top of that the lady who worked with me didn't really seem to like her job wedding bands didn't seem like that had very many I ended up actually keeping my ring because of how little of a selection they had and took it to the other jewelry store who actually welcomed me like I wasn't a criminal who cleaned my ring and made it sparkle

Ever since the first ring we ordered it has taken forever for them to get it back then they don’t tell you until you have to call in to check to see if your ring has arrived that you have to come in to sign off on it being sent off again to be sized ?♀️ they are awful at communication you have to keep calling in to check the status of your jewelry then have attitude with you. we spent way too much money for this. Won’t be returning. And i will spread the word.

Sent my wedding ring in to get resized and soldered a couple months ago. Got it back and it was only resized so I just took it in last weekend to get it soldered. I ask the guy if he will change my last name on the paperwork due to marriage so when I pick it up, it’s under the right name... he prints out all the forms under my old last name... so I remind him again. Then I told him which side I specifically wanted the band on because he didn’t ask. I get a call last night asking what side I would like my band on.This is between two different Kay Jewelers locations, not just one.

My Kay Jewelers / Neil Lane StoryThis is not my first bad experience with Kay Jewelers, but I am hoping that it will be the last.October 2020 - I took my Neil Lane diamond wedding ring into the Albany, Oregon Kay Jewelers because the main diamond had an inclusion that had spread to the outside and looked like a crack in the side of the diamond. The manager there tried to tell me that it had always been that way. I told him it hadn’t, and he repeated that I just didn’t notice it. Finally, a lady working there looked at the diamond and confirmed what I was saying...there was a jagged crack in the side of the diamond. The store said that I could bring the ring back in after the first of the year (once we were through holidays and a few events in my life) to be sent out to have the main diamond replaced (as per the insurance policy my husband had purchased on it).January 19th 2021 - I brought my ring in, and they sent it out to have the diamond replaced and expected the ring would be back on or by February 19th. The Albany store was closing for good the very next day, but confirmed that my ring would be sent to Springfield, OR.February 22nd 2021 - I called the Springfield store to find out when my ring would be in, and was told that it would actually be up to another month, and that the Albany Kay’s had misinformed me.March 14th 2021 - I called to confirm if my ring would be in by the 19th (as expected) and was told that it appeared to be from everything they saw.March 20th 2021 - I called to ask if my ring was in, and was told that the ring had come in but part of it hadn’t been polished and it looked really bad. The store had sent it back out to be rhodium dipped and had put a rush on it, and said it would be back within 7 days.March 26th 2021 - received the call that my ring was in. I was out of state, so wasn’t able to go in for a few days.March 29th 2021 - my husband and I went into the Springfield store to pick up my ring. As my husband was looking over the engagement ring and the supposedly new diamond, he noticed that it had the same jagged crack as the diamond that was supposed to be replaced. They (Kay Jewelers and Neil Lane) did not replace the diamond as they and the contract and insurance promised. It appears that they held onto my ring for 65 days and didn’t do anything except rhodium dip it. The Springfield store has now sent out my ring once again and are promising to put a rush on it and get it back as soon as possible.I want to know WHY this happened, Kay Jewelers. Why did you hold onto my ring for so long and not do what you promised? Why did you try to pass off my old diamond as the new diamond? And HOW are you going to make this right??

We went in to look at rings this past week and were not impressed. Only one of the employees had a mask on. The guy helping me did not and touched my hand with his bare hand. He let me try on rings and use the ring sizer, non of which were cleaned after I used them, just put back into the case. My fiance was with me and had to ask for someone to show him a few rings and to get his ring size because they were ignoring him. We felt like we were putting ourselves at risk for covid -19 and was aggravated with the service we received so we left and used a good bit of hand sanitizer afterward.
