Had the upmost respect and kindness to show me in a sticky situation! Was so helpful and beyond polite. Honestly recommend completely! I was in a bind and needed help and he did NOT hesitate! Used these guys once during the pandemic and again recently while I was busy on a job with my car broke down in another lot. I needed a tow and remembered the name from my first experience. Professional over the phone, quick with their methods, and reasonably priced too. Hopefully my car doesn't break on me again, but I would definitely go for Jack's to tow.

I don't usually leave reviews. But when people are exceptional in their job. I feel it's my duty to give them credit. David is an awesome driverand he is quick & efficient. It's good to know that people still have pride in their work.I would recommend him to everyone.

My power steering went out suddenly when I was driving east on 126 about 11 miles out from Springfield. I wrestled the car over to the side of the road and called Jacks Towing. He arrived within 20 minutes, showed me the broken belt in the engine compartment and towed me back to Eugene and Kendall Suburu. David (son of Jack) was very pleasant and informative and billed directly to my insurance company! A big thank you to David for saving the day!

HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!:David, the owner of Jack's Towing, came to my rural residence quite a ways outside of the Eugene/Springfield area to tow my 3/4 ton 4X4 pick-up in to Absolute Automotive on Hwy 99 in Eugene for repair. Pleasant, knowledgable and personable, he was at my residence within 45 minutes of the start of my initial call. My broken truck was in a difficult location to access and he went over and beyond to be able to set things up so he could hook up to it. Despite having to deal with all these problems which were not caused by him, he was kind and wonderful to deal with, and used his many years of towing experience to brainstorm solutions to my difficulties. I never write these sort of things, but after this marvelous experience I had to. I can't recommend Jack's Towing highly enough. For absolute sure for now from now on Jack's Towing will be my towing company.Services: Long distance hauling

Needing to have your car towed is annoying, inconvenient and pricey. So if you're going to pay good money to have your car rescued then you want good service, and the service from Jack's is outstanding. David, the owner, is friendly, prompt, courteous and accommodating. Before he had even finished the job I had added him to my contacts.
