This shop is the reason people have a hard time trusting mechanics!!!! Took our car in to find out what the ticking sound was ! They replaced the tensioner & serpintine belt . Then that didn’t fix it so next they replaced the starter even though it started just fine ! And naturally when we asked for the old starter they would not show us and said they turned it in for a core charge (the same day) . Still not fixed the noise! Next they said it was the flex plate they wanted 2400$ to do that so we told them we wanted the car back. We payed 600$ for the 3items that they replaced that did not fix the issue! When we picked up the car there was a chip in the windshield, two bolts missing from the coil packs , t he air intake was not connected and bolts stripped out!!! And on top of that now it has a serious oil leak that’s smoking ! When I tried to talk to the man he took responsibility for nothing and was not helpful at all!!!!!!! NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!
Oh he tried telling me we got a free oil change!!! lol what a guy! Not!!!!!

I wouldn’t go near this place, the management here is horrendous. They do not care about you, all they care about is your money. Yes the car will be fixed eventually, but they will drain every last cent while they do it. Good luck getting any professionalism from them, the management laughs when you try to complain because they couldn’t care less. Trust me spend your money anywhere else, they don’t deserve your money.

Very quick turnaround. Made appointment Tuesday, got in Wednesday morning, received car back by Wednesday afternoon. They asked if they should just fix it or call with a quote first, and I appreciated having the option. Fixed ignition coil and now car is running smoother than I ever remember it. Very reasonably priced & Robbie was fantastic! They will definitely be my go-to mechanic now.

Check engine light came on, Had it checked out at J & K Auto. They were were able to get it fixed by the next day. Noticeable improvement after they repaired. Very nice guys work there, especially Robbie (think that was his name, I'm lousy at names) Thank you again guys! You are my future go to place if I ever need anything in the future! ❤️

This place has a practice of sneaking in extra labor and uncharging parts. If I could give negative stars I would. I asked for an upfront price for a simple oil change and when I went back it was triple what I was quoted. I was a loyal customer for years and I gave them a second chance and it happened again. They are dishonest and untrustworthy. Would not recommend.

I hit a pothole and heard a scraping noise afterwards. J&K was nearby, so I poked my head in. They put it up on the lift and showed me I had knocked the oil pan plastic protector off. He nailed it back in place for free. Nice folks!

I wish I could leave a better review because they've been great at times. But, time and time again I've brought in cars and they charged me for costly repairs only to have the check engine light come on a week later. It's happened to my son now, and we're just done. They fix one symptom without recognizing the source of the problem and solving it once and for all.

I took my car into this shop with two issues: 1) three check engine lights (ABS, 4WD, Traction), 2) the car was shaking so badly it felt like the car was going to die. They charged me $600 for repairs and as I drove out of their parking lot.....the check engine lights came back on and the car was shaking again. Now the owner refuses to take my calls to to discuss options.
I ended up taking the car to a second mechanic who fixed the lights (ABS line was touching the axel and grounding) and I had a blown head gasket. Lack of communication and accountability and integrity.

Horrible service! Did repairs without my approval 2 times in a row, never fixed the problem, then took it to another shop that told me they broke a part during replacement or my coil pack! If you like wasting money go with them!
