Highly recommend Hanks they’re very reasonable fair. Highly recommend them and we will use them again. They saved us from a very potential fire, they cleaned up all the hair and lint from our dryer. Prices were very good. They had the parts and were able to fix it with an hour.

I actually cant speak to his services they may do stellar work. However in my experience I got an appointment and they no call, no showed. That's no way to treat customers.

I called to get a quote on my washer, which wouldn't get out of the "sensing" cycle. Instead of a quote, he walked me through how to fix it (for free) and it's working just fine now. One of the very few honest businessmen. When I go to replace my washer/dryer set I will most definitely be going through him. I highly recommend him.

Went down the list to get someone out to fix my washer which had a bad water pump. They came out same day when others were booked out for a week. They had the part in stock and it was a done deal. Also I pulled my rubber boot off to clean and had trouble putting it back on. Called to have them just come do it and he was willing to come out next day but gave me some pointers and I was able get get it back on. Will use for any work on the future.Service: Washing machine repair

Followed directions on maps and it brought us to a vape store. We went searching around only to find out he doesn't have a store front so was overall a waste of time.

Paid the $150 fee and had our stove looked at. My husband and I were told that they would find a part and call us. NEVER heard back after that. It’s been months. We somehow managed to find a part even tho they were “so rare and hard to find” and fixed the oven on our own. Complete waste of money.

Dishonest. Told me, my washing machine was unrepairable, that rhe baord had failed, but when i called another repair service they told me it was a sensor on the motor that they replaced and it fixed my machine. Either Hank doesnt know what hes doing or is too lazy to do the whole job.
