“I was visiting Oregon, from Canada, in May ... needed camping gear to load up my Jeep Cherokee for some overnights at a mountain retreat for 9 days. Stopped at Bass Pro in Springfield and got great customer service from Nicole, John H and Randy...who helped me choose an air mattress that would fit in the Jeep...then they actually filled it up with air (I bought an electric pump to go with the mattress) IN THE STORE. Nicole then walked the filled air mattress out to my vehicle and loaded it in for me....just to make sure it was the right fit!
I had great sleeps on that mattress in the cool mountain air and will always remember the generosity extended by staff at this store location. Thanks to all 3 of these good people.
