Fantastic service! Was greeted promptly and kindly. The burger was awesome, and the wedges are even more awesome! The price was reasonable even including a drink. Well worth the stop for a great meal and friendly service to this first time customer! A1+ I shall return!

I just had the most bizarre experience in this store. Was buying some items with a clearly listed sale price on it, was overcharged $6.00, when pointing this out, the cashier just said that there is nothing she can do about it, only her manager can change the price. Don't know if this is bad customer service, or bad policies on the managements behalf, but was just bizarre.

Well my man bought a lottery ticket the day before from you all and won a 100$, but when he went to turn it in the next day the lady thru a fit about cashing him out. She's and this time she could do it but never again. She was very rude how she spoke to him. He was very embarrassed and upset after that!!

I usually never comment on these. I thought this one deserves a shout out.I have been ordering at this deli for a while now. Burger baskets are amazing. You can tell the meat is fresh never frozen. In fact, I found out the meat comes from the local Bright Oaks Meats just down the road. Need to get 2 sauces for the fries.Recently I have noticed the deli is brighter and cleaner. The menu now has authentic Mexican dishes. The street tacos are the best. Next time I order at Get n Go Deli. I am going to get the fry sauce for the tacos.

Went to the new Mexican deli connected to the store. I asked for sour cream... they said something to each other in Spanish. I looked behind the counter to see what was going on. The lady was seriously scooping around the mold in the container. I refused it, obviously ? love the store, not happy about the new deli.

For years, this little shabby joint has served up one of the best basic most tasty burgers in all of Eugene Springfield..Its a basic burger with all the basic trimmings.And they never freeze their beef. Sound familiar?A burger for $8 including small fries and tastes this good is a rarity. Please note this isn't a "gourmet" type burger like found at Red Robin, Killer, Chow, or a dozen other places with a $13-$19 cost. This is a cheap basic burger that you will love over the fast food burger joints.So why 4 and not 5 stars? The atmosphere is just....depressing. Always take it to go. Besides, I'll gladly sacrifice my dining experience for a great tasty priced low overhead burger!
