employees are fine but corporate is hands down evil not honoring the warranty on my controller. they said i can replace it at any condition within a year and id get it replaced with a new one. but because of a new policy they’ll only replace it with a pre-owned controller if it’s broken. no respect to customers. anyone reading this don’t get a warranty because they can absolutely change it for their benefit without telling you. also don’t take it out on employees, i’m sure they hate corporate too.

So grateful GameStop was open right after we had a severe Arctic Storm to be able to pick up the PlayStation 5 Slim Console to keep kids occupied during the school closure for a week. Many Thanks to an employee for being so willing to work that day! ?

Robert helped us today in the store and he was so great!!! Very knowledgeable and so nice. We bought a PlayStation and some games. He was very thorough in letting us know about return policies, warranties etc.. only complaint I have is they didn't have many games compared to the store we had been to previously that day. Prices are pretty reasonable.

I wish I would have grabbed her name... But I went in with a PS4 I got scammed on ( disc drive doesn't work) she was SO helpful (did you know they would take systems that have issues and refurbish them?!?) Gave me a fair trade in value and even helped me pick out the best deal for a used (refurbished) one with a 30 day warranty! ❤️ SO helpful!!! And getting a pro account is SO worth it!!!

Online said this location had the game in stock, went in and they told me they didn’t have the game in stock but the valley river location did - drove all the way to valley river and they didn’t have it.

Way better experience than the one at valley river center. Less slammed with people and mall kids and as a result the vibe is calm and the staff is much friendlier. They are always kind and professional.

Cody is absolutely crushing it I went in to take advantage of the extended warranty that I had purchased for my elite series 2 Xbox controller the entire process I was in and out in like 2 and 1/2 minutes I was able to get a fresh year warranty and a brand new controller with zero hassle

The people may be nice but NEVER SELL SOMETHING HERE!! They will not give you anywhere near a fair price, and they will sell the product you sold them for more then 5 times the price. I get you need a profit but that is no reason to screw over your customers. Go to videogame headquarters, it's close by and they are way more reliable.

They sold me a broken PS4 and I had to wait over an hour for staff to call and get "approval" to honor the protection plan I had purchased on it ???
