The absolute best gym I’ve ever been to! Everyone is nice and encouraging. If you don’t know how to use the equipment- they have no problem showing you. The environment is inspiring and up-lifting. You can’t not want to get better and improve your lifestyle. The boot camp classes are hardcore but in the most amazing way! 100% recommend.

We would recommend FS to anyone. They are amazing! Both of our kids have had an incredible experience. With the help of FS they have been able to take their best selves to the college level. When your daughter tells you college daily doubles are not as hard as FS, ya know they’ve been trained by the best.

They are fitness oriented for every fitness level. Staff are knowledgeable and encouraging about client injury rehab. Tailored programs for varied results. The class leaders and trainers are fun and motivating. Great place to workout with a friend or on your own. Other members are helpful and welcoming.
