Terrible experience. There were about 6 men in their 20’s standing around eating popsicles, pizza and vaping instead of cleaning the inside of cars. They used to clean the inside of the cars first then go through the car wash. Now you have to wait to go into the car wash and then drive back around and wait for them to clean the inside. Very inefficient setup, the utmost unprofessionalism, and my car was still dirty when I left. My dash, inside windshield, and back of my car wasn’t even cleaned. I will never go back. This place has really gone downhill.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

I went to this car wash & afterwards I noticed deep scratches on my trunk. Upon inspection the scratches originated from their scrub brushes when your vehicle enters the wash cycle. I than addressed my concerns with the onsite manager who took my contact information to give to the owner. That was a month ago & no one has contacted me. It now costs me over $1300 to have it fixed! I wonder how many hundreds of vehicles they've damaged because they don't inspect their own tools to do the job! Avoid this business at all costs unless you are willing to risk having them damage it because they don't change the brushes out! I did research & discovered multiple people(people I personally know) online stating similar things regarding this business!

First after six hours I finally called to see if my car was done and it had been because they didn't do it. They were supposed to hand wash and wax but they were confused as to why my car was at their car wash all day. It took about three people to figure out what they did do to charge me for it. They did vacuum the interior. I really wanted my car washed and waxed and you'd think a car wash would actually be able to pull that off, NOPE.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

Ok cleaning of my car. Owner didn't seem to care about customer complaints. It took them almost 4 hours to clean the inside of my car, seats carpet dash. One of my seats brackets was broken when I went in. When I got my car back they had broken the reclining mechanism. When I called owner said not our fault you have an older car things brake. Said he ask his employee about it no call back. When I stopped back in they said it was not their fault.

Do not go to have your car washed here. Though staff is nice PRODUCT AND RESULTS ARE THE WORST! When you bring your car through the car wash no soap drops down the for you go through the cloth washers. When I questioned the manager he said that there was soap added to the bucket of water that they use on their brushes when you get ready to go through the car wash. The rest of the process is all water. I got out of my car and went to look to see exactly how much soap was in their so called soap buckets to brush your car down. NONE. So they allowed me to go tru again, same thing. Basically they took a brush with water and spread all around the dirt on my car scratching it and just using water. NEVER will I return.

I have always received great service from this car wash, but when I visited on Sunday, Aug 20th, they really out-did themselves. A few minutes after I dropped my car and went inside to wait, one of the men came inside and told me my rear tire was very low and they would air it up for me, but I would need to get it serviced right away. I thanked him for letting me know. A few minutes later some more of the employees came in to tell me it was too low to air up, but they would go ahead and put on my spare if I wanted them to! They changed it, then apologized for taking so long to get the wash done. It is so rare to receive that "above and beyond" service anymore. You have made a loyal customer out of me.

This place is petty hit and miss as I've come here a few times. Today they did a pretty good job. I would give them 3 1/2 stars for today. My main problem is while they wipe down the interior they don't actually clean it. Maybe that's asking too much, but it doesn't feel like it.

This is my first and last time I go there they scratch my car all over and then I saw spots on my car with grease I don't know how it got their but it doesn't seem they have a clean place. If that wasn't enough the car was still dirty and I had to go clean the dirty spots.

Before my wash, I requested NO air freshener ( noxious odor) for my car. When finished, I drove a bit and realized that the car was filled with a horrible odor. The following days reached over 100 degrees, and the smell was intolerable. Mentioning this problem to a friend, she reported, without knowing that I had been to Elite, that Elite had surreptitiously placed an "air freshener" UNDER HER PASSENGER SEAT!? She returned to Elite and vociferously complained. I went out to look and found one of those things UNDER MY SEAT! Why? Is it a disgruntled employee trying to sabotage the company or a deranged passive-aggressive soul seeking revenge for some perceived slight? I spoke to the manager who denied it could happen. He claimed he had never heard of such a problem. And I paid $26 for this. I certainly won't again.
