“They always greet you at the door. Always a friendly vibe when you walk in and when you leave. I must say the diversity of items has decreased and the demographic seems as though they are catering specifically to anglosaxon/white Midwestern women in their early 20s lol. I miss the old Ross that catered to everyone and was all inclusive.”

“My wife brought her 2023 Nissan Rogue in for an Oil Change. The service tech noticed that the previous servicing was done improperly and didn't want to in good conscience finish the job because it would require improperly torquing the oils pan plug and run the risk of malfunctioning. Between the Tire lube express manager, and the store manager, they went way above and beyond for my wife, even getting the vehicle towed to the dealership. I am just beside myself at the level of professionalism and exceptional customer service that we received. Thank you very much Springfield Walmart!!!”
