The best gym hands down! No judgement and AMAZING owner and coaches!! Each coach has something unique and great about them! Coming from someone who has struggled with obesity most their life, was on there way to being fit, then due to a injury gained all of what was lost back. This gym has been nothing but supportive to me! Each coach has a way to hold you accountable tailored to you (in my experience). I am so happy I found this gym when I moved over here! Thank you Andrew, staff, and other athletes for always being so kind and welcoming!

dropped in and had a great WOD. the coach went over the movement in detail. fun partner warm up then we had at it. very welcoming and I'll definitely drop in again next time I'm in Springfield.

Great box in Springfield, OR. I was a traveling nurse and I worked out here for about a month. The workouts were challenging and the coaches were very knowledgeable and friendly. It has great parking and easy access. I would stop in again if I ever make it back to OR!! Thanks guys!

Great coaches and a very welcoming environment. Big space, all the equipment you need to get your crossfit on. One of the longest running boxes in the area and also has a second location in West Eugene.

I joined CrossFit Intensify as an obese 47-year-old grandma and have been with them for nearly six years. I've lost 5 pant sizes and am achieving fitness goals I never even dreamed I would reach. The coaches and fellow athletes have always been encouraging, non-judgmental, supportive and are my biggest cheerleaders! As an older person who wants to remain fit and avoid injuries I especially appreciate the attention to safety the coaches offer. There is plenty of teaching on each movement and lift before each class and coaches are there to "tweak" your form while you are performing the WOD. Another great thing about this box is the three fitness level scaling options offered each day: Fitness, Scaled and Basics. This is the best CrossFit Box you'll ever find. Believe me when I say If I can do this, ANYONE can!
