My appointment was on Monday morning when they opened to fix my tail light and fix my drivers side door lock. Today is Friday, they didn't fix my tail lights and as of Thursday they haven't fix the tail..I will never take my car back there for repairs.Very poor service.

Total rip-off and I won't let them touch anything of mine ever again. They had my car for over a year and didn't do anything other than steal my carburetor, remove the hood and left it open in the rain. They didn't do any of the things we discussed and the lady working the phone is less than amazing. Zero communication. I called weekly for a year and nobody ever got back to me. I basically had to repo my car back. The place looks like an absolute shit hole with garbage and broken down cars everywhere like a dump. My bad I should've known better. Never again.

Took our vehicle there for a bad fuse box. I work on cars as a hobby, but could not get this one done. The owner decided to call and interrogate me about my knowledge of cars (why do you think it's the fuse box, how do you know, etc). Totally pissed me off! Treating me like some ignorant peon! I had a replacement box ready to put in and they said it was the wrong part. Excuse me, I researched it and it was a number by number part match! Somehow they got my grandfather convinced they're a reputable shop. He recently took my other car there (I was in the hospital) and they sold him pretty much a new electrical system for my car; all it needed was an alternator! This shop is run by money grabbing thieves who know nothing about car stand will argue with you when you have a diff ion opinion. A wonder how they stay in business...

i took my monaco over for a bad switch to run water pump and electrician said he did not know how to fix this issue so he disconnected my awning and my monitoring system and used the hot lead to run the water pump. they call me tell me it is fixed 210.00 dollars i did not check it till i got home. switch was not working awning was not working and monitoring system was not working. i try to call multiple times girl on phone try to send her boyfriend the electrician to my home a week later. if you can not fix it right the first time you sure are not going to get a second shot. i took it to cummins and it cost me a 1000.00 dollars to fix plus the 210.00 i paid zilkoski they refused to refund. idiots all around

Took them 2 days longer than they said. Didn't even start looking at my car until I called and asked them if it was ready for me to pick up. Then I stood around for another 20 minutes before they moved the car that was blocking mine in. Charged me $200 for a repair that cost $12 in parts

Expect to leave your vehicle for two weeks. Left my truck to have new steering column and ignition switch installed and also have door locks replaced and rekeyed and right front brake replaced. When I finally went to pick it up, it had to be jumped. Also didn't look like there was much water in the radiator. Now I have to jump my battery if I don't get the ignition switched off at the exact place. The passenger door lock wasn't replaced, so I can't use the new key (or anything) to unlock it. Nice guys in the shop, but don't seem to care much about the quality of their work.

They quoted me over the phone the cheaper price of all places I called to replace my starter. It took 3 hours, and when I picked up my truck, they only charged me $25 LESS than the quote! I felt like they were very fair! My friends was worried they might comment on my oil leak, but they didn't! I have went to other places where they tried to get me to add on repairs just to get $. Not this place! Keith was awesome! He got us in the same morning! I was very pleased!

Have been here several times on recommendation from another local shop I goto. For anything electrical on your automobile I would recommend this shop. They are very professional in their evaluation and stand by their work with a lifetime warranty. The prices are extremely reasonable if your looking for repairs in a budget
