Bought a Deluxe Meat Grinder, we live 2 hours away and about 95 miles 1 way. Got it home dead out of the box no power, no nothing. Was told we could bring it back (4 hours and 180 miles round trip) or send to Wisconsin for repair, replacement, or refund and wait 3 weeks. Thats it no other options. Fly the F.U. customer flag high so I can flip it off as I am driving by.

I grabbed a half dozen of these button down t-shirts for about $17.50 each good quality. Comfortable looks more professional when you go to meet customers. I'm a contractor.

My husband went inside two weeks ago and I'm still out here waiting in the car.Expect very slow customer service- even if your item is already paid for. Maybe bring a snack.

Very poor customer service at this store. Made a couple of online orders for more than $1K of ammunition and had difficulty getting someone in the store to confirm that the order was complete and ready to be picked up both times. Then, was contacted by the store and pressured to pick up the items less than 2 weeks after confirming it was ready. Talked with the store manager, who was completely unapologetic and told me that's the way it is. I've been a customer for over 30 years, but after the last couple of struggles, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

My boyfriend bought a gun from them And all He would have to do is wait for the background check to come in. We'll about 4 months later. He never got any response back. Went to see what the hold-up was and found out they sold the gun! that was paid for in full.This is not just a rifle that was on the shelf he had it specially ordered. Also, he just bought another gun not even a year ago from another place, he had a great record so there should be no problem. So he thought!They told him he needed to go to Salem and talk to the OSP they are the ones who make the decision. We took the drive and they were closed. Cabelas told us wrong about the hours in which they were open. So the trip was a waste. He's still out the money he put down on this rifle. The next time he goes in there will be to get his money. They have lost a customer!I don't see how they stay in business with the prices they have, and the people don't seem very knowledgeable about their jobs.

If I receive a email saying "your order is ready" I should not be waiting 45 minutes for you to go find my order that is not ready.

I had the best experience with both Carla and Jeff helping me with my problem when I ordered a gun and everything got screwed up, they both took it upon themselves to help me get it all straightened out.
