Scamming for rental application fees like others have stated, don’t answer phone during business hours multiple days in a row did not return emails either. Lied about approval lied about denial lied about refunding app fee. STAY AWAY

Traci didn't even call any of my references or past landlords, just took the rental application fee and ignored any calls/emails. Very scammy

As a property owner ARP has been great. Our properties are well maintained and always rented. She has been fair with tenants but firm. Our properties have never rented for more and look great. We don’t have to stress over rentals any longer.
