“We brought our 2006 diesel Dodge Sprinter to Willamette Tech Fleet with a blown engine. They sourced a remanufactured long block and gave our van new life! Their shop is extremely clean and they have the knowledge and equipment to do the job right. We were very impressed with their attention to detail and it feels so good to have a great shop for all the future routine maintenance of our van. I still cannot say enough positives about this business!!! Taking my car in into the shop, used to be one of the highest ranking items on my "Dread List"?!!! But I can honestly say that since I started working with JT Auto, it is now a pleasant experience! Car repairs, depending on what needs to be taken care of, are still be not inexpensive. But, knowing that I will get a fair honest price, with recommendations for repairs that actually NEED to be done, and that they will stand by their work, even if it means doing it over without further cost to me... IS PRICELESS!!! Thank you once again to the whole crew!!!”

“On 7/24/2024, I collided with debris on the highway that damaged the bumper, the grill, punctured the radiator, and more requiring the replacement of many parts. I had an out-of-state car trip preplanned that could not be postponed. Over about 10 working days, the Springfield Auto Craft got all the parts in time to complete the repairs with three days to spare. Throughout, Ticia was sympathetic to my deadline and kept me informed on the status of the parts deliveries and how that impacted their estimate of the completion date. I got the feeling they wanted to come through for me.
Cosmetically, the entire front end looks brand new. I further got the car back washed and the interior completely cleaned! When I picked the car up, they also helped me reattach both license plates (that the insurer had removed). I've driven the car about 1,000 miles since and it's running great. I'm very grateful to Auto Craft for their service! They earned all five stars.

“Recently I had a leveling kit installed on my 1991 GMC, it made the truck look great. Then I decided that it was time to have some other front end work done to replace aged parts. The guys replaced cv axles, new upper a-arm, rebuilt the lowers and aligned the front end. Upon performing those tasks they told me my front brakes were gone. Gave them the go ahead to replace rotors and pads. I have to say the truck has never driven that smoothly since new. The honesty and perfection of the work is very much appreciated. He took it to Wayne’s and they not only were amazing on the phone but got the car up and running in one day. Our family will be going to Wayne’s first moving forward. Lesson learned.”

“They changed my oil, like I paid for. But I had just come from the car wash and they put no protection on my quarter panels And left oily handprints all over The front of my car. Not happy about that.
