“On 7/24/2024, I collided with debris on the highway that damaged the bumper, the grill, punctured the radiator, and more requiring the replacement of many parts. I had an out-of-state car trip preplanned that could not be postponed. Over about 10 working days, the Springfield Auto Craft got all the parts in time to complete the repairs with three days to spare. Throughout, Ticia was sympathetic to my deadline and kept me informed on the status of the parts deliveries and how that impacted their estimate of the completion date. I got the feeling they wanted to come through for me.
Cosmetically, the entire front end looks brand new. I further got the car back washed and the interior completely cleaned! When I picked the car up, they also helped me reattach both license plates (that the insurer had removed). I've driven the car about 1,000 miles since and it's running great. I'm very grateful to Auto Craft for their service! They earned all five stars.

“Had some work done on my 2000 Chevy Silverado. I live in Redmond, but have family that lives in Eugene so I decided to have the work done at Dunks. This past weekend I was heading back to Redmond on 126 and the drive line came off from the rear. After a few hours I was able to get a tow. Casey was able to troubleshoot, and replace the driveline, even going out of his way to drive up to Redmond to do the work at my house while I was at work you don’t hear of things like that often. So a crappy situation ended with positive results.”

“I recently took my WRX into the guys at Chief Autosport to get everything gone through ! Tyler was super knowledgeable, and had many suggestions on parts to replace and even took the time to print me out a suitable build sheet. He also took the time to fix my exhaust mount and hanger and noticed/fixed a couple exhaust leaks. He was super quick and I have no complaints. Will definitely be using and suggesting his shop in future endeavors.”

I had some challenges with other B&R locations and she was able to make a few calls and get things sorted out.Also have had good luck with this yard having the items in inventory that they say they have. My experience with the Eugene and Corvallis locations has been poor but the Springfield yard seems to be much better.”

“Most helpful auto store I’ve ever been to. I was having issues with my van and a friend told me Auto Zone would scan it to reveal any codes. They did exactly that and even gave me a printout. I saw another employee in the parking lot looking under the hood at another customer’s car and helping him as well. It’s rare to find that kind of service anymore. Did I mention they didn’t even charge to do this? Highly recommend. Thank you, AutoZone! Only place I will shop for my car needs from now on!”
“Great service guys here. The only problems I've encountered were when the person ordering the service isn't the person bringing the vehicle in, they won't do the service even if that person is listed on the order as the person bring it in, and also their text notifications about the status of your vehicle service don't reach your phone until days later and in the wrong order. It's been a 50/50 experience. 5 stars are for the staff. Their computers and programs get diddly nada.”
