Everyone was really nice. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a really long time and was nervous about going in for a broken tooth. Dentistry is so high tech now as they took what seemed like a million X-rays and scans to do an initial consultation. The techs, hygienists, doctors, and manager were all super nice and made me feel at ease during the whole process where they explained what was going on with all my teeth and gums, and their recommendations for treatments and costs. The high tech imaging was helpful to see exactly what was going on with my mouth and made me feel more confident in their assessments. They were even able to schedule the first of a few visits needed immediately and schedule the rest of the treatments all within a few weeks. I had insurance so the cost was much more reasonable than I had expected but I also had purchased the Aspen dental plan for future visits as it is well worth it. If you haven’t been to the dentist for a while or have anxiety around going, Aspen Dental in Springfield is really great and they didn’t try to push me into anything I didn’t want to do. I highly recommend!

Terrible service form their dentists. The office staff is amazing, but the second you see one of their "doctors," the whole experience shifts.

I got in for a same day appointment and they were very thorough, talked me through my issues, treatment plan and expected costs. They helped me filter through my options and helped me get financing. Going back tomorrow and next week for treatments. Nice people and I do t have to wait months for treatment to begin.

We all are aware at this point that Aspen has higher rates, but they have always (in my experience) put patient comfort above all. My partner has horrible anxiety from previous experiences getting dental work done and so far loves the team and their approach.

$1000 out of pocket for 30 minute cleaning. That is with insurance and discounts.Thank you for the follow up call concerning the Google review. And thank you for waiving $30 off a bill that wasn’t there.

I dont think I've had a Dentist or hygienists care about my problems like Aspen Dental did. They were very thorough and gave me a comprehensive treatment plan that best serves my needs. They really cared about me what is best for me and my dental health. I appreciated the gental handling with the dental tools, so that I was comfortable. Great staff. I will highly recommend this dental service..

DO NOT GO HERE!! SCAM ALERT! ?I love the dentist. I love getting my teeth cleaned and taking care of my dental work, but this place uses fear and manipulation tactics to drain you of your hard-earned money. For nothing.I set up an apt for a routine cleaning as a new patient, knowing that usually the first visit requires x-rays and all that. Well, this place shuffles me through 7 people (not exaggerating.. I don’t even know which one was the actual dentist) each telling me a new thing to be afraid about, then has me sit down in a hallway, set up 5 appointments and — without walking me through what I’m even paying for — pre-bills me $3,000 dollars after going through insurance (which at first they didn’t have filed correctly.) I was so taken off guard that I shuffled through my FSA and credit cards trying to figure out how to pay for all this. It was humiliating. After shelling out most of my monthly paycheck, I realized I never even got a cleaning. Normally, offices send you home with an estimate so you can prepare accordingly. $3,000. For what?! I’ll tell you… based on the most absurd dentist visit I have ever had.1) A periodontal cleaning. Luckily, my sister-in-law is a dental worker and something didn’t feel right, so I hit her up and she asked me what my numbers were. I had 1s, 2s, and 3s. People who need this intensive cleaning are in the 4s and 5s, and this should cost no more than $1,000 before insurance. She told me to get a second opinion. So I cancelled my appointments and asked for my money back, then went to a local, independently-owned office that (using the same x-rays) told me that my teeth are healthy, all I needed was a deep cleaning that insurance covers, and a periodontal cleaning was way overkill.2) A cap for a tooth that’s slightly chipped because I have a pointy bottom tooth that grinds on it. I asked 1 of the 7 people about it and she said, “no, don’t bother, a cap will just get chipped right away.” But then the lady shouting out what to put down on my “medical plan” said to put a cap on it. I remember thinking that was weird, but they just talked at me the whole time so I had no clue when to be like, “that sounds wrong.”3) Fillings and a crown, which my second opinion also told me I definitely didn’t need.I almost got a bunch of work done that I didn’t need, and lost over $3,000 to straight scammers. I’m so glad I got a second opinion and didn’t move forward with this sketchy lot.Good luck out there everyone! Seems like everywhere you go people are trying to take your money, didn’t think I’d have to worry about dentists.

I initially started going to this place in 2020 I believe. They were able to get me in fast is why I chose them. At my first visit they told me I had periodontal disease and needed a $2500 cleaning insurance wont cover. Remind you, I had NEVER had any previous dental issues what so ever before this. I proceeded to take out credit and pay for this. They told me I needed to have a cleaning every 3 months. 4 a year. And they also proceeded to bill me hundreds of dollars for each cleaning, “after” my insurance. This place is sketchy about their billing practices to say the least. I started going to a new dentist and turns out I don’t even have periodontal disease. Just gingivitis and I never needed 4 cleanings a year. I believe they were’t even bulling my insurance properly here. The staff here may be nice, but this place is a scam and extremely predatory. I wish I could have the thousands of dollars I paid you back. I’d like to speak to corporate about this.

I strongly believe that they rope in new clients with the promise of free exam and X-rays. Then they conveniently find something wrong and charge an exorbitant price for fixing it. They charged me $3800 for what they called a deep cleaning. They did half of my mouth one day and the other half the following day. Each time I was in the dental chair for only 40 minutes. I did the math and I was charged $47.50 PER MINUTE!!! I took the summary they gave me of the work they supposedly performed to another dentist and was told each half of my mouth should have required roughly 2 hours and the cost should have been about $1200. This company is a complete ripoff and before you hire them you should fail to be as gullible as me and get quotes from other dentists. Save yourself a boatload of money and probably a much more thorough job!

To call this business predatory is an understatement. Aspen Dental is the timeshares of dental care. They're very friendly up front and then put you into a high pressure massive sales commitment in the end. I went here because I chipped a tooth, and walked out with an estimate of over $5K of procedures AFTER INSURANCE. I am a person who hadn't been to the dentist in a long time, so I had no idea of what things would cost. The employees here get you into a high pressure situation where they try to pre-commit you to signing up for a loan that will cover all the future services they projected for you. They lie to you, saying things like "if you change your mind you may still be able to get your money back from the loan" (not true without paying large fees) and "this is market price". Went to a second dentist and got the whole thing done for a couple hundred bucks. Literally even if this is the only dentist in your insurance plan, you're still probably better off paying full price at a local dentist.

Dr D.D. went above and beyond to help my mother with a broken partial denture! The staff was awesome from start to finish! Walked out of Aspen dental with a repaired denture the same day! Price was great too! So very thankful I took my mother there!
