“Have a lot of products we need to get our craft and sewing projects done. We shop here at least once a month, get all our material here. We appreciate Joann's location is convenient. Often, we give Joann's gift cards at Christmas. Everybody loves them.”

“ETC yarn prices are very competitive, and over the years, every item I've purchased from them has arrived amazingly fast. This is particularly important when one is pressed for time to either start or complete a project and need the yarn (or tool) to do so. For this reason, ETC is always the first site I check when ordering material.”

“I found costume making supplies for under 10$! The cost included fabrics, sewing threads, needles, and velcro, all available in good quality. ?I also donated before shopping, a good amount of arts supplies including vintage jewelry and vintage photo frames. However.. they did refuse to accept one donation, which I took back and put outside for free grabs (because it’s eugene!) so i’m at the checkout and the donation person finds me in the store and demands I take back the items I left behind. They claimed I was “dumping” and demanded I take back my items.(P.s., I was never offered a 25% off for donating beforehand like they used to do) I found it very inappropriate for a store employee to personally seek me out in the store while i’m making a purchase and trying to leave.Passive-aggressive much? Gee, sorry!I almost asked for my donations back, but I figured it’s easier to tolerate this ungratefulness than to drive across town to another recycling center.I also completed my punch card for my 10$ mecca bucks.. which they refused to let me spend? They told me it was store policy that I had to come back in order to spend my mecca bucks.. I guess that makes sense, but they didn’t tell me until after I made an expensive purchase. So maybe tell me before I spend my wallet hoping to get some cash back!Well, whatever.I probably won’t donate here for awhile because I don’t want to encounter that employee again.. anyway :)”

“Every time I'm here, the staff are very helpful and polite. The cashier often asks if I have a coupon and if I don't, she suggests pulling it up on my phone.”
