“I absolutely loved living here. The staff are very responsive to concerns. When I moved out, everything went as expected and smoothly. Even after I moved out and needed a rental reference, the staff helped me and were attentive. I highly recommend Jenna Village. It's a wonderful pet friendly community.”
“I am on my third year living at Brentwood, and I have had a mostly positive experience. If the price wasn't what it was, I would continue to live here with my roommate and dog.Pros:- Responsive with Phone and Email- Consistent maintenance of area during winter/fall.- Unit is functional, insulated, good amenities for the cost, spacious.- Garage and parking (though confusing for guests and some units have no extra spaces nearby).- Helpful with emergencies like lock out or broken heater during winter season.Cons:- More expensive than other areas in Springfield, even Eugene for what you get. Myself and many others here are priced out from just a few years ago.- Maintenance can take multiple weeks unless you reach out frequently.- Theft, Vandalism, and Garbage is an issue. Have had a bike stolen, damage to unit from neighbors, and Garbage/Dog Poop scattered across the complex.”
“As a property owner ARP has been great. Our properties are well maintained and always rented. She has been fair with tenants but firm. Our properties have never rented for more and look great. We don’t have to stress over rentals any longer.”
