I was pretty disappointed with my recent endeavor with this shop. I've been here a few times to get oil changes but I have been having a brake issue. I want to leave a nasty review but all I'm saying is I spent so much money on the parts they said were bad with my car to have it be a totally different problem after all said and done.

First come first serve. I was told that I was first in line if I could get there today, so bussed all the way out there, but they sold it to another person minutes before I arrived even though we were communicating my entire journey up there, cash in hand. Seems like a nice company but that's dishonorable to lead me on like that, so I'm not sure how far I would trust them after this.

Took my ‘83 240 in for a brake repair and had PHENOMENAL service. Franz and his team replaced the brake hoses and caliper for me. They were nice and knowledgeable, and explained in detail what they were going to do my my car. They even took me into the garage to show me the underside and walk me through everything that was going on under there. As a young woman with an old car I have never experienced such an amazing team of mechanics, which is unfortunately rare. I could not recommend Alpine Auto more for old Volvo work, they are amazing. Very straight forward, hard working, knowledgeable, and honest shop!Having a newer Volvo, the techs have all the software downloads on hand.Same as Volvo Dealer for repairs at a fraction of local dealership cost…Definitely recommend!Services: Electrical repair

I have used this shop now a couple of times for my very finicky car. They have always been professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I am very pleased that I have found this place to go back to time after time that I can trust.Excellent work!!

They were great! I was able to drop off my Mini Cooper the next day as a service engine light came on and they had it ready to go by the next day! They were very timely and open for communication which means a lot to me as a driver! The front desk associate was very kind and understanding and I look forward to my next check up when it comes!

This shop now has new owners. The people were very nice at first. They even drove me home which was very kind. However, when they diagnosed the issue with my car I felt very pressured to get the work done. I was told I couldn’t wait to get the work done.However when I called other shops Alpine’s quoted price was 500 dollars more than any other place I spoke to. After I called other shops I asked them to stop work on my car they agreed. Then by the time I had called back as I was able to confirm work at another shop, they had resumed work and replaced the part I had asked them to wait to put in and they had agreed to wait to replace. Ever since I took my car in it has been leaking oil. I will never take my car back to this shop and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I was in town on business and stopped in to get an oil change. I waited in the lobby for almost half an hour before anyone acnolaged me. When they did they did I asked if it was common to wait so long and the person talking to me rude in his reply. I walked out and cant say that I would recommend this shop to anyone.
