Wish I could do a half star. After many years shopping at this store I will be switching to Fred's. The online order pickers block areas in the store and make it harder to shop. Today I was disrespected by an employee at the self check so I'm done with this store.

Albertsons is great. Love there specials and selections! While they are higher priced than their competitors, they do have some good sales and they have things that other stores do not have! Well, except for Safeway of course.

If your very rude associates are goingto kick people with crying babies out of the self check line once they’ve already waited because they have 17 items- you’d better make sure your cashiers are actually checking people out not just chatting.

Tried calling the store to get information. Was transfered to the store director "Katie" who was very quick to rush me off the phone. Cutting me off before I could even finish my sentence.

This store is usually busy which is good for the customer,good turnover means fresh produce,dairy,and meat.They have self checkout so you never have to wait. Each week they have sale items that save you 50%,buy these to save$.

It’s sad how this company purposefully inflates its prices and takes advantage of the hard working people in this area and across our state. The more monopolized Albertson’s, Kroger, Safeway becomes — the more they price fix across the board and continue to hurt hard working families across our state & the country. This is why monopolies should be broken apart and if we think prices are high now —- watch what will happen if Albertson’s / Kroger mergers and the conglomerate along with Walmart will control 70% of the grocery market in over 170 American cities. —- PRICE FIXING is only going to get worse.

The larger self checkout is great but I don't like to use it all the time. I enjoy going through to a register and having someome else help especially when im in a hurry or very overwhelmed.
A couple different times this year Ive had a poor experience with one specific cashier (short grey haired bob, tall older woman)
Today she was not at her register, although her register light was on. Instead she was at the customer service desk looking at her phone talking with her coworker not even looking over to check on her register. Another cashier had to grab her attention. I chose this checkout register because it was empty, as most people try to do.
Another time was a while back after our ice storm, she completely disregarded me as a customer, though I patiently waited, and was in a hurry, while she had the longest 5 min chat with the person who was ahead of me after she had scanned and held customers receipt in hand. But when I came up for service she barely said a word to me though I was being quite friendly. It was really off putting.
Each time I received the cold shoulder from her and she didn't seem the least bit sorry for her poor customer service. She's getting paid to chit chat and ignore customers needs.
This has been my experience with her the couple Ive times Ive had to encounter her in this first start of the year. I'm a single mom of 3 and take care of people for a living. I really can't express enough how much I appreciate good customer service especially on overwhelming days like this.

Down load Albertsons ap/Weekly Ad, you will find digital coupons that save sooooo much $$$$. If I use self check out, and need help they are there before I ask. Very serious about giving excellent customer service. Tyler is proof of that, working at the Marcola Store.
