Have had issues with the payment thing. Don't set up easy pay. It still takes out the payment even if you paid already for the month.

I've been a customer here for a while me and my elderly mom. Ever since new management came and 2 particular Katie and a employee Abby very rude and disrespectful to me and I've had enough. Abby had been hateful toward me and as for Katie she just is very off putting and not friendly at all and ripped me off with my monitor that when I received back had the screen messed up and I remember talking to Abby and she was being very unkind and was acting like she didn't believe me so I took it with a grain of salt but I've up to the top of my patients with them and somewhere in there system they messed up and think I owe them more on a washer I'm renting. happy to say I will not provide a company like this with anymore of my money, they are going down hill fast.

I love the Springfield oregon store. Although I am very picky on who I deal with there and they are ok with that. Been with Aaron's for about 4 years now and I love them. I have paid off everything but 1 or 2 things. But they are amazing and they work well with me.

Not happy at all with brand new washing machine we're paying $800 for when it got here it scratched up and the guy just left it I found out by reading the instructions that it needed to be level for the level on it and check it side to side front to back this guy didn't do that now I got to go out and buy me a level to install the washing machine it's all scratched up if they're charging me $800 for

Their drivers need to learn to slow down!!! Almost hit an animal in my community TWICE while going 15-20 mph OVER the speed limit in my community. And after he was told to slow down he “apologized” and then continued to speed through the community!!! Speed limit is posted 5 times at the entrance and again multiple time throughout the community!!!! SLOW DOWN!!!

I can say that honestly, I was treated like I was the only priority when I decided to go with Aaron's when our smart tv gave out suddenly, the accounts manager (Yvette Saunders) is amazing!!! I didn't know what to expect, but she asked what we were looking for, and she advised us on a few choices, but she listened to our needs and set us up without a barbeque the perfect smart tv that is beautiful and high quality. The whole process from beginning to when it was delivered, was pretty amazing. Not to mention on how affordable the payments are, and easy to get auto payment set up, so thank you Aaron's!!! And a special thank you to yvette!! You made a hassle a great experience...
