Wanted Alicia to help us with our travel plans. She was unavailable even though we had an appointment. Spent 2 hours with Carlos that could have been less than an hour. Frustrating. We did get the travel plans we wanted, but there was a lot of wasted time.

Was in Eugene Or and had to drive solo back to AZ. Walked into AAA office and asked for Trip Tic. Oh NO - they no longer print them out for you at the office you have to order them 2 weeks to be printed at a remote print location before you drive on a trip and have them delivered to your home!!!!!! Are you kidding? In the middle of Covid, being alone and elderly to drive back to AZ from Oregon solo, this place could not see it's way to actually sit with me and print me a trip tick generated from their system no matter how many times I asked. Been with AAA long time (decades). AAA should look at it's policies. The 2 women working there did not seem very busy. How hard could it be to just help someone out at the last minute? Yes there is an online site I went to print one - it was crappy not the same version as you get from a AAA employee who appears to have access to better system to generate a better Trip Tick. Maybe it's not so worth it anymore to belong to AAA. Shame on you AAA for your policies.

Nice selection of travel gear and excellent customer service (friendly and helpful). I appreciated the woman who helped me last week with my passport photo. Most places charge $15 for two passport photos but if you're a AAA member (basic), mine was only $5. If you have a higher level of membership, I don't think you have to pay for passport photos. There weren't any other customers in there at the time I visited and all the employees I saw were wearing masks. I personally prefer the AAA - Springfield office than the one in Eugene. For me, friendliness goes a long way and I really appreciated that here in Springfield. Thank you!

I came in a while back to get an International Driving Permit (since AAA has a monopoly on these in USA). When I presented my passport-sized photo purchased from the local warehouse club the AAA staff member bragged about how much better AAA produces such photos. Fast forward a couple of years and it was time to renew my passport and so I tried AAA for photos this time around: In short, the local sheriff's office couldn't produce a worse unflattering mug shot than AAA. I got one take and of course they didn't provide a chance to review their "work of art," but they sure were happy charge big bucks for all of their effort and photography talent. I'll have a nice reminder of the experience for the next ten years... not. Never again, AAA of Springfield!!!
