I worked for these guys in Bend Oregon... absolutely disgusting and careless individuals. The soda fountains and hoses are never cleaned, and if one of the syrup bags break, we just put it in a trash bag and tie it in a knot.. if it drips all over the place, that's okay. If they keep this new store anything like they kept the bend store, none of the rollers will ever be cleaned and the taquitos will be visibly wet with grease.. back stock is not kept in any certain order so at any given time the new stuff is put out while old stuff sits for a year and then gets noticed and put out.
Do not bring your wives or kids into here Lord knows this guy is going to stare them down like he's never seen a human before.

The owner has run out of cups, so Now double charged me for two small cups, which don't even equal a large cup so I pay more money for the lack of his responsibility. The guy needs massive, help greedy, horrible service. The owner is the worst person on the planet.

Same scenario as it appears a lot of people faced, I went in recently to the store to purchase a few things, I knew what I was getting ahead of time so i grabbed a bag of cookies and put them in my pocket, no intention of stealing just making space for my hands. I then grabbed two sodas and two packages of some hot food they serve. Again as people said before me a weird voice came on the radio behind the workers that I couldn’t understand at all, but the worker then asked if I had anything in my pocket, I was like yes I do and placed it down as i Finished placing my other stuff and was accused of stealing, the told me to leave the store and never come back. They didn’t even offer a chance for them to look the other direction and think maybe this person is being truthful, the owner clearly has the employees on a tight leash. The worker in glasses with a reddish colored beard and hair is a complete, well I’ll save that word since this is google but it’s just horrible. I’ve lived in the neighborhood next to it for 5 years, the old owner was a delightful old man but when this new Indian guy came in and took over he added more cameras, pillars out front to prevent people smashing in, and now he doesn’t even seem to come in apparently he just sits at home and watches everyone in the store like a creep. Guy is so focused on loss prevention, which in majority of these cases seems like he jumps the gun on then the employees get extremely aggressive. Been going to that store for 5 years, and even if they didn’t say don’t come back I wouldn’t anyways the new management is creepy and an extremist. I hope he sells the place and leaves soon.

Whoever bought this 711 recently is a stalker and creepy. I was there recently with my wife and son, we got to the register and I had placed a candy to our left on the counter to pay for it in a separate purchase. As we're paying for our first purchase, everyone in the store hears this weird speaker talking to the employees by the front door. The employees stop and look at this camera and then try to talk to it saying "They can hear us". But no one could tell what was said, then the voice from an Indian guy comes over the speaker and "Warns" the employee that I may be stealing some candy, however this speaker is heard through the ENTIRE store. The employees knew what I was doing and was trying to tell this voice that I was doing separate purchases.Not only was this creepy dude watching our every single move, he also claimed to the entire store I was stealing, and made me look like some low life theif to my 6year old child. Avoid this place at all costs unless you like having some creepy dude watch everything you do and then with no evidence claim you're stealing stuff.

I went in and purchased a spicy bite and when I walked out the store I got accused of stealing the lady behind the counter ask if I took something without paying I felt I was being racially profiled I ask the employee for the owners name and she would not give it to me I ask for her name and she got very rude with me and start yelling at me that she will call the cops on me 8f I don't leave they will hear from a lawyer soon

This 7 eleven has recently been sold so if you're shopping there for a local family business don't bother. They can't keep any decent employees. Emily is one of the only employees with direct complaints on here and they hold onto her. They don't pay anyone more then 14 dollars an hour ever so only idiots and kids still living at home accept the job. You're better off just going across the street and saving some money and headache.

Just had the worst lunch experience ever at this location. My friend and I were trying to get lunch and we were thinking about what we wanted to buy like everyone else does and an employee with purple hair walks up to us and tells to take everything out of our pockets so we show her what was in our pockets and we didn’t have anything from the store in our pockets and she tells us she just wants us out of the store ??? Like what ??

An employee accused me of stealing. I had money in my hand and she told me to show her what was in my pockets and when she saw that I didn't have anything she kicked me out of the store. Awful service.
