Came in for a walk-in and they were able to see me same day. Marcia got my shampoo, cut, and styling done within 30 minutes. She accepts cash or Venmo. I noticed other stylists also potentially only accepting cash. Marcia was friendly and I enjoyed the overall environment. They do also offer nail services I noticed but will have to be back at a later time to try their nail services out!

Customer endangerment and refusal to take responsibility!I have been a loyal customer at the Hair Cache for many, many years. Wanting to support our local business, I brought my elderly, cognitively impaired father in to get his hair and beard trimmed, trusting that the staff would keep him safe by following mask mandates. He lives in a local retirement home with over 50 other residents. He could have safely received services there. Current COVID/omicron rates of infection in Deschutes County are 1 in 9 people, the highest ever. And Oregon law mandates that his barber and other professional service providers present wear masks to prevent the spread of COVID. When I returned to pick Dad up, I saw that the hair dresser was unmasked, and Dad reported that Jeff had not worn a mask when he received a beard trim. I called to talk to Jeff about this, and asked him to explain and to take responsibility if it was a mistake. I am disappointed that he was unwilling to do either, and denied what I saw with my own eyes. I am sorry that he is taking part in feeding the seeds of disrespect and distrust in our community. I have cared for these people and their business in my community for years and I am deeply saddened that we do not have the tools or backbone to take personal responsibility and restore trust and respect. I continue to try to understand the roots of divisiveness that is creating rifts in our community and to try to find a way to heal. I miss my friends and neighbors who used to care profoundly for each other.Service: Facial treatments
