My husband and I rented a unit and prepaid for 6 months and were told up front if we moved out before the end of the 6 months that we would received a prorated refund… we moved our stuff out in the beginning of October 2022 and still have yet to receive a refund check. They keep telling my husband that they will get ahold of someone at corporate. So frustrated and they owe us $400+.

I was finally able to secure a unit at one of the cleanest best kept storage units I've seen. My service experience is absolutely outstanding! Rachel and Jason have been extremely friendly and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process and showed me how it all works. I rented my unit on Nov 1, 2022 and for me is the perfect place for me!

Been here for years. Lost wallet had to replace card. Lady called on the 1st super rude about the declined payment, it was a Saturday and they won't accept payment over the phone.... called me back 4 times defending her rudeness. I'm prety sure an email would have been just fine and accomplished the same thing. She wouldn't even let me talk. Units are great, customer service is absolutely horrible.

Won't even stick to appointments made or their own posted hours. Don't answer the phone in which number they provide in case there's nobody there/emergency. I rented a U-Haul to get my stuff there as agreed and scheduled. They not called/ no showed. Had to return the rented trailer and ended up back at square one due to them.

SKINFlINTS!You shut down your customer’s electrical outlets in the hallways then had your poor overseer deceive customers by telling them electricity was for the use of employees only. We specified a nearby outlet from the former managers and have enjoyed that convenience for more than 10 years. (The facility was under different ownership then - Christian folks.) “Buy a gas lantern if you need to see” we are told. Owners, investors, advisors, all and everybody associated with Silverton’s Storage Depot - TIGHTWADS!
