It is a good place to live. The landscaping always looks good. If you have any issues the office staff takes care of them quickly and doesn’t make you feel bad. I miss living here to be honest.

I just went and did a tour of Silverplace yesterday and it was beautiful. Kim was super nice and showed us around. the pool and playground are just as cute as the pictures. It’s going to be such an amazing place to raise my kids.

C&R real estate is a complete joke. If you want to pay extraordinary fees and rent and feel as if you’re paying to live in a prison, this is the place for you. Thin walls. Thin floors. Cheap material for building that pretends to be “luxurious” but it’s paper thin. C&R real estate will charge you for anything and everything. No matter what property you live at the management people STALK you and WATCH you at all times. I always had to have my blinds closed because management was always peering in. Even when you live on a second floor. They will leave constant passive aggressive letters on your neighbors doors and your door. If your neighbor breaks a rule they’ll harass everyone for weeks and months on end with letters on the door. They charged me money upon move out for so many things they made up. They charged me $900 for a broken toilet seat that I never broke. Their maintenance people broke it after I left and charged me for it. When maintenance did any work they would always leave giant messes that YOU have to clean up yourself. Once I had a leak from the ceiling in my bathroom and they left all the junk that fell from the ceiling and piles of dust in my shower and I had to clean it up. I left it there because why would I have to clean up after a maintenance guy. That’s their job. It wasn’t my fault that the ceiling had a leak, so why would it be my fault to clean it up. They charged me upon move out for not cleaning it. They gave me an eviction notice once for having my third bedroom as a storage room. They said it was a fire hazard even though it wasn’t even messy lol. I could go on for days and days and days. Live here if you want to lose your money and your sanity.

Great apartments! Lived here for 4 yrs now and management works hard to keep a great environment and community! Its apartment living so you have your good, bad, and in between; however, good people live here

UPDATE to my previous review. I had forgotten to click on Post. YIKES!! Anyway, I have been here for, I believe 3 years in August and I still feel the same way. I love how things are kept up and very appealing. Even nice to look out your windows or when entering the premises. They're always working on something to make it stay nice beautiful and appealing. Kim the manager is so pleasant, friendly & kind and makes so the premises look nice. Sean is great and helping to maintain things. He is on top of the maintenance here and also friendly. I so appreciate the cleanliness here and I do my best to keep the inside of my apartment as nice as the outside looks. Thanks Kim & Sean.
Hi all, I have lived here at the apartments for a little over 7 months. So far so good. I LOVE the grounds beauty & upkeep. The roominess of the apartment is fine, also the brightness of the apartment. If I had anything to change it would be the appliances. The refrigerator, I am used to the newer models and I bump my head every single time I have to bend in and get something out. UGH!! The stove is not one I would have chosen because of the coils, but I understand the reasoning for choosing because not all tenants are the same. I love the amenities that are offered, the friendly neighbors & staff, and convenience to everything I need. I assure you, I am happy here and hopefully, plan to live here until there's no more life in me. I mean, if I can continue to afford it. I needed maintenance and were right here to fix immediately. so am sure from they are on top of things. So, thank you Silverplace Apartments. This is my happy home. PS) We used to come to visit our daughter & family from NY, yearly and saw when they were building these and wanted so badly then, to move here, but hubby refused. He has passed, so now I am here and with my only child & family close by, so I am thrilled and thankful!! I'd give 5 star if I was in love with the appliances...lol I've just been spoiled..lol

At first I was hesitant to move my family into an apartment, now I am happy to say we are comfortable and feel at home. The apartments are cozy and spacious, and the management and maintenance team are super great to work with.
