Took my 4runner here after a deer decided to jump into it breaking the front bumper. These guys were great to deal with from the beginning to the end of the entire process, and the process was not typical for a normal repair. The OEM bumper replacement on 4Runners has a known sizing issue that both Toyota and the internet are aware of. While dealing with Toyota to get the correct part in (finally sent in from Japan) these guys were top notch and were dedicated to getting the bumper fixed correctly. The level of customer that Silver Creek Auto body has is massively impressive. It feels like we live in a day and age where good customer service is hard to come by, and I’ll tell you Bob and his team here are exceptional and go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy and taken care of. It’s refreshing to work with companies that you can tell actually care. If you live in Silverton, Woodburn, Salem or any other surrounding areas and you don’t at least take your vehicle here for a quote you’re doing yourself a massive disservice.
Amazing shop, top 10 customer service, couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve already recommended people here and will continue to do so.

My late wife and I have used Silver Creek Auto Body from soon after they first opened in 1993. The employees -- all of them -- are friendly, helpful, and honest, and they do very high quality work. I completely trust their recommendations.
I recently bought a used car and today they replaced a missing panel on the front and did a detailing job. This 2004 vehicle looks like new, inside and outside. I can't praise them highly enough for 30 years of service!

Silver Creek came highly recommended to me. They made everything easy, working with my insurance. Every interaction was great and they will have your rental car ready for you when you drop off your vehicle. With that said, they did an amazing job on my car. It looks better than when I bought it. They have earned a customer for life.

After a semi-truck backed into my car on the highway (!), I immediately took the car to Silver Creek Auto Body for an estimate. Since the frame was bent, the price was reasonable, and the work was done exceptionally well: the car looks and acts great! Bob was very helpful, and kind!

Soon after my wife got her dream car, a coyote ran in front of her. Sadly, for the coyote, its last view was the four Audi rings. Sadly for my wife, her new car didn't feel so new.Luckily, even during super challenging times getting parts and everyone being short staffed, Silver Creek Auto Body was able to make the car 100% like new again. The whole crew at the shop treated us fantastic and helped answer all of our questions. This awesome team has lived up to the great reputation of this business!We've since also used them for their ceramic coating service, keeping the car looking nice and making it much easier to clean!Thanks again Silver Creek Auto Body!

My elderly mother took her car into Silver Creek Auto Body for very minor repairs. Bob and his staff were extremely kind to her, got her fixed up promptly at no charge. Who does this anymore? Thank you!Because of the kindness Bob showed my mother, I took my 3 yo F150 to Silver Creek for the premium detail they offer. WOW! The thing looks brand new again. What exceptional work and service they extended to me and my mother.It doesn't stop there. Bob personally helped me with etching on my semi truck windshield. Etched by acid used at a local truck wash.Bob and his staff are exceptional. Friendly, compationate (towards my mother), informative and knowledgeable.They have earned my business because they exhibited the importance of being of service to this communities needs.Well done Bob! The shop was reccomend by Hillyard Ford. I spoke with Bob who was awesome to work with. He was able to order parts and get my car into the shop for an easy job within a week. The job only took about 20 minutes for the work to be done. The quote came in cheaper than originally quoted. I highly recommend this body shop.
