Very friendly and sweet customer service! I should probably get a PO box closer to work, but I love the way the Siletz employees treat the locals! <3

I couldn't believe when I walked in and there was 6 people ahead of me with only one clerk. I was amazed on how fast this clerk was moving. I was at the front counter in less than 5 minutes. I don't live in the area but wish that we had more clerks that move this fast. I read some of the negative comments and I guess that Kelly G and Dave F must have been having a bad day.

Usually has a short line, so I always make my rare visits to the post office at this location near my workplace.

For the record, Daniel is awesome and Brent is an a******* Brent really needs to work on his patients skills with customers because he's very rude and extremely short with people. Daniel is friendly.

....... I don't like to complain too much but. The dude that works at this location couldn't care less and doesn't know what he is talking about at all. Started it with him charging me for a sticker label to write the address on. Which every other post office gives free but I'll let that slide. Then he charges me for a small piece of tape. Again. I'll let it slide. Then we get to the actual shipping. He measures a 22x22x12 box and has it at 24x24x13.... when I show him that he is wrong he doesn't change anything. He quotes me $61.... the packs is super light and I had just shipped the exact same box with the exact same item inside at $37... I tell him this and he says there is no way..... I show him again that he made a mistake on the measurements. He then corrects them and comes up with a $57 price. I then show him the price of the last shipment on my phone. He says there is no such price. I then leave slightly triggered...and drive to the next post office. I walk up to the counter, hand them the box. They give me a bunch of options including $37 I look to my right and see a pile of free labels, I smile, and leave very happy. Sherwood Post office is trash.
