How do I even begin to describe this Walgreens? Is there anything in the world that gives you more hope and joy than stepping into a warm and quiet store, away from the Oregon rain? It's like a sanctuary from the cold and wet world outside. The employees are just superb. Big shoutout to the lady who serves amazing makeup looks- I only met her once but she was like a purple-eyeshadowed goddess. The weird art dude with the mullet is super mid tho. Overall I wish I could live in this Walgreens. Idk about the pharmacy because I've never picked up my medication here, but as a store? I think when Jesus Christ's second coming happens, we will all see him for the first time here, in the Sherwood Walgreens where love can truly bloom in a cruel world.

0 Stars. I was told the pharmacy would be open on Thanksgiving. I needed antibiotics for an infection. They were not open.

Don’t waste your time with Walgreens. The Sherwood location pharmacy is a joke, worse than any other Walgreens. Save yourself the trouble and go to CVS in the Target.

You have to go through drive thru to pick up your prescription. I got here at 4 and there was like 13 cars in line and it’s 4:40 and I’m still in line with 4 cars in front of me.

Pharmacy is a total joke. No one answers the phone, pharmacy counter is closed. It’s always terrible. Never going back

Horrible customer service. Told me to bring in my packages for the FedEx drop off. After explaining they are very heavy. Waits until I bring the packages to the counter. Then let’s me know if they weigh more than 50 lbs they can’t take them. Thanks this could have been avoided. I will try to avoid this location as much as possible. Also nobody will pick up the phone during regular hours.

Yes all the one star reviews are well deserved Pharmacy is unprofessional; if not rude to customers. Always understaffed. Opening hours are limited more and more and now closed sundays too. Managing pharmacist appears to be the main issue at this location. . The store is fine. It's just a Walgreens.

Someone threw a drink against the pharmacy drive-up window over a month ago and no one has cleaned the smudge off the windows yet. Gross! Foot deep potholes in the parking lot. Is Walgreens going broke? Can’t afford any upkeep?

It is unfortunate that Walgreens Pharmacy is not able to provide any service, closed for days and no answering phones. I would recommend going to the one in Newberg, don't go the one in Sherwood.

Tried to call in a prescription and the pharmacy individual wouldn't even let me talk or ask a question. Instead just talked over me telling me a bunch of information I already know. I asked why she was being so rude to me and she hung up! If that's traditional Sherwood nicety then I'd hate to live in Gresham!

The photo quality of my graduation announcements were less than perfect.Without hesitation, Britney took it upon herself to make it right. She spent an enormous amount of time and patience to help me achieve the perfect quality. Britney went above and beyond to fix the photo issue - and I’m pretty sure it was her day off!Every employee I interacted with was extremely friendly, and an absolute joy to be around. Thank you thank you! I hope you ladies have a great rest of your day!!

I was verbally assaulted on the phone by a woman in the pharmacy because I asked why my prescription wasn't ready when I had gotten a call telling me it was. Being yelled at and hung up on by someone who is supposed to be a professional is unbelievably rude. They are always out of what you need and closed 24/7 DO NOT GO HERE!
