Been with verizon for 25 years and never have been scammed until now. Went in and spoke to sam who likes to bait and switch. Needed a new phone and instead of doing that he told me he could do that and drop my bill from $265 to around $180 by adding an one additional line and doing his thing so i said lets do it. Got my new phone and was happy til i got the bill. He added 5 new lines not 1 and my bill went up to $825! Sam would not talk to me on the phone despite my repeating i want to speak to him specifically. So now i get to deal with customer service to reverse this mess he created for a commision.Very dishonest and shady behavior. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WITH VERIZON OR SCAMMER SAM

Carlos was swamped and people just kept pouring in but he kept it cool! Had a great sense of humor. Very personable and super helpful! Was told he had only been there for a couple months but he handled it so well and did everything he could to help everyone that was there! My mans deserves a pay bump some sloppy and a beer ?

This 5 Stars is because Carlos did such a great job helping me with my purchase of a new phone, it is not based on Verizon as a Company!! Verizon as a Company only gets 3 Stars & that is being nice!! You people in the decision making have gotten greedy!!

Brian and Fernando are absolutely the best!!! Spent hours trying to get our service switched over, and even stayed after hours to ensure it was done correctly. The only verizon store I will go to for sure!!!
