I have no idea why people are being so mean in the reviews here, it’s a small bank branch. Some waiting is to be expected. I had an absolutely wonderful experience when I went in today; the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and thorough with my request, and I will be happy to go back!! Honestly, I felt the staff truly went above and beyond for me, and I am genuinely grateful for their service.

No parking spots - even though bank was empty of customers...Teller on phone (I was only customer in bank)...Waited 5 min, then walked out...This is not my first experience like this at this branch...Won't be going back.

I got a letter of termination for my parent’s account, which I am not responsible for. I don’t even know why they used my mailing address because my parents have never lived at my house. When I tried to call to clear up the issue, you can’t reach anyone. Instead of being able to leave a voice message, an automated voice hangs up on you. The general USBank line is useless as well.

It's 4:58 pm and you close at 5 pm I'm at the atm paid the $3 and tried to go in to ask for change for our schools PTA auction. They denied me service because they were trying to get out early. I even mention we're nonprofit and we're having our schools auction dinner all she did was shrugged her shoulders and lock the doors! Talk about really poor service. I did mention I was going to write a review because I felt like they could've done a little something, but they chose not to! Even after I paid my three dollars to use the ATM. Maybe I'm just a little sour but that really put a damper on all her plans we needed to do to begin. It's really sad when one small action can put a damper on an evening for so many people. Everybody is waiting for me to get back with the cash box. I know I have to drive 10 minutes away to the next bank that's open till 6 PM! What a sad excuse for a bank! I will never recommend to anybody

Wow, have things changed and NOT for the good. This branch seems to be an example of US banks new norm. Can't help with anything, just tell you to call the 1800 number and wait on hold.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I tried calling the branch in Sherwood to get a Medallion signature guarantee but they don't answer phones there anymore. I walk into the branch and there is 1 customer being helped and 3 available employees. I'm told that I need an appointment to do that, I said I tried calling but you don't answer your phones, she offered me an appointment for tomorrow, I said thanks but no, I'll go to a better bank. I worked for USBank for 8 years and have been a customer since 1998, the service has gone down hill for years before Covid protocols were in place. Called OnPoint, I can go in any time no appointment necessary and they're open until 5:30! I will definitely be closing all of my accounts and investments due to the lack of services provided.

Very rude tellers. They say they cant get me money from my account because the ATM was down. They say they cant issue temp. Debit card even though corporate says they can. I have since closed my account and recommend to everyone to use a different branch or bank all together.

That’s fair. I would be willing to hear your reasoning. Here are my facts. I entered the branch there was 7 people in line. 2 people working. But I don’t know why we were standing In line because people were cutting the whole line asking questions but the. The worker would just keep them there and serve them fully. It happened with 2 people. Everyone in line was very upset. One guy even left after a half hour. Don’t get me wrong I understand good customer service is very important but you can’t ask how every single person summer went and ask them what they’re gonna do after work and have a huge conversation with them when there’s seven people in line everybody saw it happening everybody was frustrated and the workers just kept talking even after the transaction was done talking and talking and talking. And then in between people a worker answered the phone and proceeded to talk about what she was going to do after work tonight everyone heard her and everyone was shaking their head it was the lady sitting down at the desk or seven people in line and she’s talking about her dinner plans tonight I’ve never seen someone being so Blatant about it. I have left two reviews in my life and this was one of them. My mind was BLOWN.

I was helped by Cathy. She was so rude. Never will I go back into that building ever again if she’s working there. She had me standing for so long couldn’t figure anything out. None of the temporary cards she was setting up for me were working and her attitude was just so nasty.
