BEWARE this store is not a UPS location that you can deliver your packages to if you do not rent a box. This store received my package at 12:18pm and charged me $15 “storage fee” when I picked it up at 12:46pm. The “storage fee” was as much as the package itself.
Have your packages shipped to another location.

Extremely hostile and judgmental staff. You’ve got to be out of your minds honestly if you think the staff running this place have good customer service let alone communication. Came in here to ship a package a few weeks ago. Still thinking about the terrible service. The lady working the front counter needs to rewatch the training videos or whatever. I mean be so for real. Worst service of my life. Period. Will continue to go to the one closer to my home … not that that one is better. Smh. Ups needs to work on their service period.

Website says open til 6:30pm. Sign on the door says 6:30 pm. It’s 5 pm and the gate is down and all closed up. No note or explanation. Like this every day? Who knows?

Absolutely the worst place ever! Horrible serviceI went to get a signature notarization for a visa application, the application is automatically generated from the consulate website in English/German.She started with the process after reviewing the document. Then a min later another worker came and asked to check out the document, then said “how would I know the translation is accurate?, we won’t be able to notarize it here”.What an idiot, absolutely ridiculous .. went to PostalAnnex Nextdoor and got it done there!

Pretty standard experience regarding this store. The other reviews hit the nail on the head. Open late, closed early. Closed more than 30 minutes early today. Why post your hours when you can’t follow them more than 2 days a week? Poorly ran store.

Every day it's something else. They open late , close early, this system is down, that system is down.. every time you head down to the store there's a 75% they are either closed unexpectedly or the service you'll need won't be available

Staff seemed more focused on their car out front ( in the 10 minute only spot than my pkg) its 3 days later.. UPS still does not have it and its being investigated. This is a $3000 drone, all phone calls route to UPS corporate.. no way to talk to someone at the store, UPS keeps saying "call the store". Postal Annex is the right choice.. not these guys.

Scheduled a fingerprint appointment for work and the website in which it has to be scheduled was very clear on how strict the times were. I would have been charged if it had to be rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours. That is all understandable, and not why I am giving 1 star. I showed up to my appointment right on time only to be told that the person who needs to do it was on break and to come back "in like 20 minutes". Incredibly disrespectful to my time. I wouldn't ask the person the stop their break, but maybe don't take it right when an appointment in scheduled. I unfortunately didn't have any choice, as I had already paid for my fingerprints to be done there and they had to be done ASAP, so I waited and came back. TL;DR They don't respect appointment times, save your time and go somewhere else.

I'm always in and out. Staff have always been super efficient and kind on all my visits. Once in a while there's a line, but I just come back later and it's fine. I have other errands in the immediate area, so that works for me.
