Mediocre customer service at this store. There were three employees on shift, all at the front counter too, yet only one of them was serving customers - and he seemed more interested in bantering with a coworker during each transaction. The bantering was disrespectful especially the put downs and crass language choices. Van rental was filthy too.

I called Uhaul the 24th of July and asked the gentleman that answered for a quote. I told him I had a towing hitch for my 2023 jeep grand Cherokee that I needed to get installed. The gentleman told me it was going to be $100 per hour and it would take about 2 1/2 hours. I agreed set up an appointment, took my vehicle in on 26 July and it took them approximately an hour and a half to finish the installation. When I went to check out the woman told me it was gonna be $250. I asked why it was so much because it only took an hour and a half to install , she told me the guy had been working there for 25 years that installed it so he's a bit fast but they still need to charge me for the 2 1/2 hours I said no that's bad business because I was quoted $100 per hour. She then told me that she could talk to the manager and see if they could figure it out. She disappeared in the back for approximately 2 to 3 minutes and came back and said she could charge me 190 but she was gonna get in trouble already for that. my recommendation would be if you're going to get work done at this location ensure that you have the right price quoted to you when you arrive there so they can't try and charge you more than what you're supposed to actually be charged. I gave them two stars because the installation was properly done.

Horrible customer service had questions about the QR code and how to set things up. I figured since they are in the customer service industry and know how to use there own app they could help. But did not. Finally figured it out at the end.

Horribly understaffed and unprofessional...I ran into issue after issue after issue even though I tried to get everything reserved almost two weeks before... thankfully Amanda was helpful and was able to get some things handled, the process was incredibly frustrating. I called 10 times over the course of two weeks and my call was only picked up ONE time. All other calls were forwarded to the call center which was unable to handle any of the location-specific issues I had.
