This place is great. I was looking for a windows machine to run some legacy software (I primarily use a mac) and they had exactly what I needed at a great price. The staff was super helpful and even saved me a trip down from NE Portland by overnight shipping it for free. The mini PC arrived well packed and runs great. Very satisfied. Super stoked this place exists.

Sherwood Computers is freaking awesome. I do tech support for a living and I'm constantly bragging these guys up to my clients, and utilizing them for myself. So impressed with this store and the service!!!I finally decided I needed to upgrade from a laptop to a home office type situation with desktop and dual monitors.I saw the excellent reviews online; so instead of going with Costco or Best Buy, I stopped in and had the pleasure of working with Victor, who was super friendly and knowledgeable, and set me up with exactly what I needed, including hardware such as cables for the monitors and a headphone and camera for Zoom, etc. And as part of the process and in answering my questions, Victor tested and demo'd the computer on their monitor they have right at the counter.And the price for everything was almost too good too be true! And they have a 6-month warranty on top of that.It was such a refreshing experience, I was truly impressed, and highly recommend giving them a try if shopping for a new computer.Bill

Great little shop offering SCREAMING deals on refurbished laptops and computers! They offered several options and stand behind their work with an excellent warranty along with a 14 day exchange program. They have fantastic, 5 star, customer service! I was desperate for a laptop as mine died in the middle of training for a new job. I was stuck dealing with traffic that was making it look like I wouldn't make it there until after closing. I called and explained my situation, and they stayed open for me (I arrived 5 minutes after closing) to buy a much needed laptop for under $200! It's running smoothly with zero issues! I'm very pleased with this company and will tell all of my friends! Thank you!

This is my second purchase with Robert at Sherwood. I needed an inexpensive laptop for my sister. The one I wanted was sold out. But Robert was in late on a Sunday to make sure one to "meet or beat" the one I wanted was assembled and shipped on Monday. Fantastic service! Again!!!

I contacted them over the weekend about a couple of monitors. They were closed but still responded. That just doesn't happen! Stopped by on Monday and picked up a set of monitors. Great prices and the service is fantastic. While I was at it they changed the hard drive as well. I highly recommend going there for your computer accessories.
