They cancel my service by accident, and take my bins for almost a week. Call them to clarify what is happening. They admit to a mistake on their side and reissue me with services. The customer service agent from Pride said they can give me a small discount for the service interruption. I really appreciated this gesture and thought that is a professional way to deal with the problem they created. The discount was reflected on my bill....a few months later they bill me for the 'discount' they gave me. Just for me to call them again. The Pride service agent said I need to be charged for that service since I had no interruption and there was no notes for any discount on their side. Just want to share my experience, not worried about the money but rather the promises that were made that wasn't honored and my time wasted trying to resolve it.

I have been a Pride customer for as long as I can remember (we moved here about 19 years ago) and have always been really pleased with their customer service. When I've made the mistake of not putting out my cans, I call and they come by and grab them. I've ordered dumpsters multiple times, and it's always a smooth process. I just feel like when I call Pride I know I'm going to deal with a pleasant person, who knows what they are doing.

Its cheaper to load my truck every month and throw my trash away at the dumps $53 dollars cheaper to be exact

I do not trust this company, they miss your cans and claim they are not there, only send you a bill occasionally and then add charges for late payments. Generally just poor service.

BEWARE... Constantly check your invoice they will overcharge an add extra bag fees. They will skip your service if they have an issue with you. They will lie about exchanging equipment then charge you. Don't expect them to call back when they say. If you call an have an issue expect to be talked over and offered flimsy excuses and justification.

Terrible. Constant price increases. They think it's OK to skip days because of ice and then not credit my account for the missed week of service. My Yard Debris Can has different sized wheels, so that's lots of fun to push around, and that's their fix after breaking off the last wheels. I'm about ready to cancel this nightmare headache of a garbage "service". And I know mother nature happens but I don't need a double pickup for missed weeks of service! I took care of the garbage myself that you dont pick up for the weeks missed, with a different company. I need a refund for services not rendered! Think you are doing a favor by offering a "double pickup" for "no extra charge." lol Y'ALL MISSED A WEEK! Of course there would be no extra charge, should be a refund! It's about the principle of performing the service that was paid for. Or refunding if you can't perform.

Massive waste of time and money. Wish this place could reimburse me for the gas I wasted driving around to find somewhere to dispose of garbage that’s scheduled for pickup 3 weeks out. Never thought I’d review a garbage company, but it is, in fact, garbage.

Have used pride for 9plus Years. They have a monopoly, they can raise prices, not show up, etc. You have no recourse , so they treat customers like garbage.

I used Pride disposal for 3 years in the Brookwood community and we are overall very satisfied with the service. Trash was picked on time, setting/closing an account was easy.

Love my garbage folks always nice and come when scheduled! however recycling every 2 weeks... in this modern day of amazon etc? Im constantly swimming in cardboard boxes I can never unload due to the every 2 week pick up. Id pay double what I am now just for weekly recycling.
