Gyms awesome ? But not sure what changes about the guy. But he is not very friendly anymore. Definitely killes the vibe for the gym. The kid working is great though! Very respectful.
Hense why I am changing my review. It would be a 5. It's a 5 for the gym itself though

eta as of September 5th they've stolen $337 from me, most of this in random retaliatory charges
Total scam. They didn't cancel my membership when I went in to cancel and I've been charged several times since then. Opened a claim with my bank and suddenly I'm being charged even more money for "overdue and missed payments" that I absolutely did make because they're on my bank statements. They will quite literally punish you for trying to right their mistake. I've been a member on and off since they opened this location and trusted them for years. They screwed that away for a couple bucks.

What's good about this gym is they added more equipment to one area bad news is they barely put it in... I've seen other planet fitness's have more equipment for hem strings and hip thrust machines. I see a lot of ppl work out here and they should be more up to date on the machines and equipment by now.. other than that it's clean and staff is polite

I enjoy this gym. Not alot of people most of the time, lots of equipment so theres always a machine available. Its very clean and i have yet to have a bad experience. Overall this is an amazing gym

Clean and well organized. Staff are all friendly and readily available to help/answer questions. Assistant Manager is extremely polite, professinal and helpful.

Every single time I come into planet fitness it's always clean and I always get greeted with a friendly staff the staff there is awesome and I never feel judged I always feel welcomed out of all the planet fitnesses I've been to that's the best one the one here in Sherwood keep it up planet fitness Sherwood

Very clean. Probbaly one of the cleaner planet fitness clubs in the washington county region. Wish they had a sauna at Planet Fitness. That would make it complete. Maybe remove the hydro massages and tanning?
