Came from Minnesota in a 16HC, truck had some minor issues but nonetheless one of my better Penske experiences. Associate was fast and professional. Would recommend this location for your rental purposes.

The staff at the location didn't know what they were doing. However, if you call they are willing to correct the mistakes. I guess people in Oregon are to incompetent to think for themselves.
