This place has great prices, lots of room and high ceilings for stacking. The property is well cared for and even the restroom was clean. The manager Nick helped make the process smooth and stress-free.

He goes above and beyond, taking the time to understand my unique needs. My satisfaction surpassed the ordinary standards of customer service.I know my valuables will be safe and sound with Nick. Amazing experience for the past 10 years at this storage. High security, very friendly, and accommodating staff, great customer service, and there was zero damage to anything in our unit. I would highly recommend the Cipole road location in Sherwood specifically. 5 stars! Thank you times a million!

We rented a storage unit at Northwest Self Storage for just under a year and had a great experience. Nick the property manager for this site gave amazing customer service, was always nice every time we saw him and incredibly helpful. This location was secure and safe so we recommended this site to our friends and family who had the same experience as we did.

This is a very convenient, spacious, and clean facility. Nick is the best property manager ever, very friendly and went well above and beyond when I possibly needed some extra storage but wasn't sure until I moved all my stuff. He gave me a few options of different size storage rooms and told me that he would keep those reserved for me until I figure it all out. That action alone earned him and the company 5 stars, let alone the facility and the whole experience.Additionally, this place is very reasonably priced, so if you need a storage room, this place can't be beat in any way.
