Good pet store in Sherwood with doggie treats bar sold by the pound. Staff is friendly. Fred (shown in picture) gets his mani-pedi done at Guardian Vet next door, so that's how I found Mud Bay. Maybe call it Pet Bay or Muddie Pets to attract more customers. Just a suggestion.Fred's treats favs are peanut butter molasses, sweet potato, and bacon cheese. It seems like a well run pet store without the corporate feel. Staff friendly, well trained, and professional. Check em out for a happy pet stuff store in Sherwood.

My husband and I stopped by at this location on 12/31/23 to buy dog and cat treats. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They pretty much recognize our two senior dogs whenever we walk inside the store. The prices are reasonable not too expensive and not too cheap. We have been shopping at this location, since we moved 3 years ago. Keep up the awesome customer service : )

Great place, friendly staff, love that they have a scale available to weigh your pet. No more trying to balance the 73 pound dog in our arms while stepping onto the scale! They also have little packets of sample treats they offer for your pet. Also, they have a program that you fill a reusable bucket with treats at a discount once you buy the bucket. There's an assortment of nine with different flavors, etc. to fill it from. You can choose your pet's favorites, or change it up each time you fill it, for some variety.

What a great pet store for my cats and chickens, it's less expensive than Wilco also. Met the friendliest and helpful employees here that really care about our pets as much as we do.

The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable about the products they offer and I appreciate their understanding when I say I want to check with my vet first. No pushy know-it-all sales people makes it feel so much more comfortable to shop and look at new products. Very happy with the customer service here!

This is the Nordstrom's of pretty stores! Everything is so we'll-organized and nicely displayed. The staff are super friendly and helpful! The bulk dog treats are the best!

Excellent selection of high quality pet food. Customer service is top notch and the staff really cares about pets' needs. Very knowledgeable staff with regards to their products and different dietary needs. Definitely coming back to this location.
