“Penny (the owner) happened to be training employees at the Canby, Oregon store when I arrived. I needed to open a business/personal mailbox and learn about other services available at the store. She was so warm and friendly, yet professional that it made my business transaction very pleasant! In addition, she was extremely patient and respectful to the employee she was training.”
“Just needed to have a picture printed off and laminated and he was so nice and patient with me with getting the photo off my phone to the computer to print.
I really recommend them. They are helpful and get you in and out the door.”

“I had an absolutely excellent experience at Postal Annex and couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and kindness. I had to return a brand-new phone, and I’ll admit I was a little nervous about shipping something so valuable. The woman who helped me immediately put me at ease — she was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. She guaranteed that my package would be safely handled and shipped, and she was 100% right. Everything arrived exactly as promised, without a hitch.
What really stood out was her willingness to go above and beyond. When I mentioned that I was having trouble accessing my email to print the return label, she calmly said that I could forward it to them and they would download and print it for me right there. That level of service is hard to find these days!
The entire team was courteous, efficient, and organized, and you can tell they truly value their customers. In addition to shipping, they also provide passport services, notary work, faxing, printing, and more, making it a one-stop shop for so many needs.

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Love that I can pick my carrier and they have the pick up times listed. Staff helped me box up my film and printed a custom “do not xray” sticker so I don’t have to worry about my film getting ruined. The box was only $1 too!
(I noticed that they have a separate wine shipping department. I made a mental note of that)

On top of that they have self serve kiosk making it much easier to get the things done quickly.
If anyone cant use Kiosk then they are there obviously to help and assist with anything needed.”

“Absolutely the best mail center I have ever used. The BEST part is AIM allows us to use the street address therefore all deliveries are possible. Many merchants will not deliver to a PO Box.Both persons, Kristine and the gentleman (cannot recall his name but he sounds Euro) have assisted me with utmost respect and kindness. If they were short with me, I give them the credit that they are having a bad day. Kristine is quiet but gives detailed explanations when asked. The gentleman is very communicative on the other hand. I love it!!!AIM holds my packages local and international packages until I pick up and they send email reminders promptly. That alone gives me so much contentment that my packages are safe, not stolen as it is at my residence. Much cheaper to rent mail boxes than other rental companies, I compared prices, nothing comes near.This is a gift shop as well with many international and local style clothing. A joy for the eyes while you wait if needed to. For cotton clothing, this is the place this summer. I highly recommend it!!”

It seemed as though everything that could go wrong was determined to do just that, then I arrived at the UPS Store where it appeared to continue until the young woman behind the counter with the pretty nails came to my rescue. Did I mention it was closing time? Nonetheless she took my phone that was boycotting my requests and convinced it that cooperation was the order of the day. Very knowledgeable about the steps that needed to happen with the post office and took care of that for us. Also had the most reasonable install pricing locally, and priced out different mailbox options to help us find the best route for our neighborhood budget.
