“This store is—quite possibly without exaggerating—the best UPS Store in the state. Rick (the manager) has an absolutely amazing team of competent and thorough employees that can help with anything you need: printing, returning, mailboxes, shipping (international and domestic), notaries, faxing, and more. If they can’t help with something, they know where to direct you to. I’ve been working closely with this store for almost 7 years, and the quality of service has only improved over time. “This store still has that old school customer service where they really are dedicated to helping their customers. I have been a loyal customer for years. Today, though they won my heart forever! I was missing tracking for a return that was worth several hundred dollars. The person working the desk worked so hard to locate my tracking. It wasn't easy my last name was misspelled on the receipt. I was able to get the tracking and send it to the vendor! Postal Plus saved the day. Thank you Postal Plus...for always being wonderful to work with.”

“I recently had an incredible experience at The UPS Store that truly went above and beyond any customer service expectations. Just two days ago, while picking up a package, I found myself in a bit of a predicament as I had accidentally locked my keys inside my car. I mentioned my situation to one of the clerks, David, who was there at the time.
Without hesitation, David promptly finished up his tasks, and, taking time out of his own lunch break, offered to drive me to my house to retrieve my spare keys. During our trip, David's conversation was nothing short of inspiring; he spoke passionately about his love for his job, the excellent management at the store, and his overall outlook on life which was filled with positivity and kindness.
The level of commitment and warmth shown by David was phenomenal. It's clear that this store doesn't just hire employees; they nurture truly remarkable individuals who embody the values of their management. “Absolutely the best mail center I have ever used. The BEST part is AIM allows us to use the street address therefore all deliveries are possible. Many merchants will not deliver to a PO Box.Both persons, Kristine and the gentleman (cannot recall his name but he sounds Euro) have assisted me with utmost respect and kindness. If they were short with me, I give them the credit that they are having a bad day. Kristine is quiet but gives detailed explanations when asked. The gentleman is very communicative on the other hand. I love it!!!AIM holds my packages local and international packages until I pick up and they send email reminders promptly. That alone gives me so much contentment that my packages are safe, not stolen as it is at my residence. Much cheaper to rent mail boxes than other rental companies, I compared prices, nothing comes near.This is a gift shop as well with many international and local style clothing. A joy for the eyes while you wait if needed to. For cotton clothing, this is the place this summer. I highly recommend it!!”
“I saw an array of critical reviews for PostalAnnex (prior to writing this one), and it is easy to see why some folks might be alienated. Having said that, I had a remarkable experience with a PostalAnnex employee by the name of Jessica. We had a series of documents notarized and copied before sending them to an out-of-state business via Federal Express. The FedEx label was generated for us by the out-of-state business. The delivery of these time-sensitive documents was significantly delayed, and we had no idea how to track the package. Jessica took the time to sleuth through PostalAnnex records to help locate the tracking number and thus identify the snag.She went above and beyond the call of duty. My thanks to Jennifer!”
“I must frequent this store a 5-8x/month. I return items, ship items, buy packaging, etc. The employees here have it together! AND they are SO friendly, patient, knowledgeable. The manager knows her stuff! I am so impressed by all who work there. Last time I was there, Tabby helped me and she was off the charts awesome. This postal annex, while being a little more expensive than your regular post office, is worth it. They always have friendly workers to help you and you can get in and out of there very quickly.
