“This was my first time at Adorn and also my first piercing since getting my ears done with a piercing gun at a department store when I was like 8. “I lost a baguette in my diamond ring and went in to see if they could replace it. My issue was I was going out of town in 2 weeks time. I worked with Zahra and she was fabulous!!! She got the quote to fix it in 2 days and got it back to me with more than enough time prior to my trip. They replaced the baguette and refurbished the ring so that everything is now nice and tight, and cleaned it so that it now sparkles so nicely! She is wonderful to work with and I was so thankful that they could do this in such a short timeframe. This is my new go-to jeweler!”

“I have not used my pierced ear in 20 years and I thought it was fully closed up. So I signed up for a new piercing. The folks here were so helpful! They were able to re-open my piercing with minimal pain and get it back in working order. They could have easily charged me 3x for this work and said it was not openable but their integrity was amazing.
I booked an appointment a hour before I went in, they were so easy and accessible. Despite it being 105 outside their AC kept it under 80 inside.
The guy working the front was so kind and helpful and made me laugh. Gave me lots of jewelry options for my piercing.
Austin did my piercing. So funny and nice. Great experience. Clean. Fast. Communicative. Instructed me through breathing as he reopened and gauged my ear. Lots of smiles.
I will be back if I ever get another piercing.

“I can’t say enough good things about Scott from Ari Diamonds! After looking at the typical Shane co. ETC places me and my fiancé were referred to Scott and I’m so happy we were! Going in we were a little hesitant because we had now clue were to start and I’ve always thought a custom ring would be way more than the pre-made brands. Boy was I WRONG!
From beginning to end they were so honest about every step. I’ll take you through the process that we went through.
We went to the store(I had a couple designs in mind). Scott sat us down and drew out my top two options. We went to his computer and looked at diamonds. He priced out the two different designs, and told us EVERYTHING! From the diamond price, to how much platinum needed, and his hourly rate. Once I decided what design I wanted he went to work right then and there! He made a 3-D image of my ring within 15 minutes and I approved of that first design. He later sent me the second round of a more detailed 3-D image where I decided that I wanted to update it and he made that so easy to do. I came in the store 1 week later where he had the model printed and the diamonds ready for me to look at. I got to feel and do one last final approval before he got started. Once that was done he had the ring completed within 2 weeks.

“I was there for opening day. It was crazy busy but, to be expected! Loved seeing people out and in the Christmas spirit. I did find a couple of things to bring home. I purchased a Gnome and a dog bone gift pack. I was out and about again opening night and stopped back by as it wasn’t busy and was just before closing time because I realized I have two grand pups and needed another gift set. I will have two happy pups now. Thanks to the Vendors for the gifts!”
