“Checker Sophie was excellent when her lane got busy and most of us were patient, but a rude couple berated her and brought her to tears because they had to wait in line longer than they wanted. The couple even sought out the manager on duty trying to do whatever they could to get her in trouble. After watching this for about 5 minutes I couldn't help but step in and explain to these insensitive people that they were the cause of the entire incident and that they should apologize. Managers Ben & Abby remained poised and handled the situation admirably and told me they have lots of customers who treat them poorly. I realize this is a difficult time for a lot of people, but there is no excuse for being anything but kind to people who are serving you. I'm sorry Sophie and the rest of the staff for the stress that rude & unfriendly customers cause your work days. I respect and admire you all and will continue to shop at your store.”

“I had some trouble finding all that I wanted, but they had the one thing I was wanting the most. Go Macro bars! My own Walmart in Cornelius doesn't carry them. I'm all stocked up again for hiking and backpacking. They are gluten-free, dairy-free, and low FODMAP!”
