Hard pass. I've used this place a few times to ship when I'm at my Sherwood office but no more. First thing I noticed is they are never open during posted hours. One day I was there about 11:10 and they were just opening. The guy acted irritated because I was standing there waiting. Another day they were still closed at 12:15pm. Not sure what is going on, their posted opening hours are 10:30am. Most of the people there are friendly but there's one of the guys who always seems irritated and runs into the back if he sees you coming. LOL. Now they are "Temporarily Closed" whatever that means. I thought about writing this review because I was at the Safeway and watched some poor woman carry 5 boxes up to their door because she saw the lights were on, but they are still closed. Not sure how water on the carpet is keeping them closed for so long. I hate negotiating my way to the Sherwood Post Office because of the construction and the Sherwood UPS parking lot is a nightmare, but I guess I'll use the P.O. when in Sherwood and stick to my hometown shipping stores, it's just a pain to haul packages back and forth.

I have been a customer of this establishment with a post mail box for nearly a year and a half and found out that they are now closed because none of my packages this week have been able to be delivered. I now have to figure out how to pick up all of these packages on my own. I do not understand if a postal annex is closing why the people who are having mail delivered here were not notified of this closure. I will not be using this establishment any further and will be requesting a refund of the price I have paid for my post mail box since I cannot count on it being able to accept packages. I am truly disappointed with the level of service from this establishment.

Great, friendly and professional staff ready to assist with any service and question you may have. Went in for a package that wasn't delivered because I wasn't home at the time and they had it ready to go within five minutes of me arriving at the front desk.
