Wanted to give Eric/Erich a shout out for his friendliness and willingness to help me notarize something. Despite being in the middle of something he dropped what he was doing, went to his car to grab the notary book, and took time to help me out with what I needed. And he did it all with patience and a smile. That's customer service! Thanks for your help Eric!

What happened to this Bank service it has gone down hill! Lack of employees & if you request a large with drawl of your own money they look at you dumb founded,last I checked the funds in the bank belongs to the individual that put the funds there. My wifes been sitting in there waiting for her funds now 20 minutes.
