Called with a specific issue and promptly received service from Randall! He was very informative and took the time to explain everything and answered all our questions. Thank you Randall and Barrier for staff we can depend on!!!
Barrier Pest Control is the BOMB! From Kimberly, who answered the phone; and who was extremely patient with our many questions as though we were her only customer! And we know we were not, because a company of this caliber has no shortage of customers!
Then, we met Isaac for the evaluation, inspection, and treatment. What an experience again! He texted to see if he could come earlier. Yes!! He had the same customer service attributes as Kimberly; plus, he was very patient and organized in his inspection; and then also in his presentation.
We were thrilled; and now we are very happy customers!!!

We have been using Barrier for years. They come back if we continue to have trouble with bugs. The technicians are identified by name and pictures, so if we have additional trouble (or praise) the company knows. Good company.

I have been a Barrier Pest Control client for years (out of Sherwood) . Daisy has been my qtly to go person most regularly. Kudos to Barrier and even moreso. Daisy!! Have RARELY needed a callback for a critter concerns; they respond to my calls in a timely manner. They r flexible if my scheduled appointment needs adjustment and the price I pay qtly has never gone up since I made the initial call!
Also, if a callback has been needed, I pay nothing extra!
Once again 'kudos' to Barrier and Daisy!! The best of all.. those critters r kept at bay!! YAY!!
Another perk.. if another comes on board with them and they use my name, a treatment is free!..
Plus staff friendly and accommodating.. Plus Plus... pet friendly!!

Very hard to ever get a response by phone or email out of them. You have to go to their website to get any sort of communication open with them. They do offer to come out as many times as you want, but if you can’t get a hold of them it’s kind of useless feature. They keep coming back to spray for ants, but the ants keep showing up in new and different places around the house. Verdict is still out if it’s worth the money.

Technician Aidan did a fantastic job by coming inside and knowing what our bug issues were. He quickly identified the type of bug it was (drugstore beetle) and where the source(s) were. We cleaned out cupboards and our pantry where these little pests were feasting and multiplying. We scrubbed those areas and Aidan treated those areas with his special stuff. By evening, what few we saw were trying to scramble to safety. We have yet to see ANY this morning. Aidan was great and we believe he got to the bottom of what has been going on.

We recently switched to Barrier after having multiple other pest controls companies. We had our first visit with Salvador today and he was phenomenal. He was so professional, experienced and friendly. He truly went above and beyond to care for our home. There was a challenging situation at my home today during his visit and Salvador went above and beyond to help. I don’t have enough nice things to say about the experience. Thank you, Salvador!!!

We have used Barrier for several years, and the service has been good. Well this Saturday, we had Nate as our technician, and he did an amazing job! Nate was very friendly, worked hard in the heat, and was extremely knowledgeable. He answered every question that I had, and he went above and beyond servicing our home. I highly recommend Barrier, and if you get the chance, ask for Nate, he will take care of your home right!

Jorge just came and did our quarterly service and was extremely thorough and offered us some great advice on small things we can do around the house to prevent any insects or rodents coming in. He was polite, knowledgable and professional. I hope we get him every time moving forward!

We are now 100% ant free and have been for 3 years. All thanks to Randall at Barrier. Anytime one of our neighbors mentions ants, we say go see Randall.

We have been regular Barrier customers since 2011. They have never disappointed us in regards to pests or one time mice. Recently Randall Chambers came to observe a “bee” problem. It turned out to be a type of wasp inside the shingles of the front porch. He immediately knew what to do. He treated their point of entry in addition to more possible alternatives. This was on July 11. So far no sign of them returning. He mentioned additional treatments in the coming weeks, just to make sure they don’t return. My thanks to Randall and all their other Barrier techs.
