A Representative at Bank of America decided he did not approve of my sending money to my daughter several times a year, so without a word... he Blocked my account and cards. He never contacted me, either by phone or mail. When I went in and challenged his actions.. he "Smirked" at me, it was "His" decision and I had no input, "HE" decided that I was a victim of fraud... I was never contacted in advance... and he SMIRKED at the fact that my grandkids were begging neighbors for food. I am filing complaints as soon as I can get in contact with the appropriate State Agency... My account is still screwed up and my Daughter and grandchildren depend on my support. So now they are begging friends and neighbors for cash and promising that I will make good on the loans... and he SMIRKED... Now I must travel to a separate city (local branch has closed) and I am waiting for a friend to come over and give me a ride... Time to Change Banks...

They made our lives incredibly easy after my father-in-law passed away. They were friendly and made themselves available to the best of their ability to help us out during a difficult time. The customer service was exceptional. Even when we closed out all accounts with them, they showed that same friendly and professional demeanor. Our choice to go elsewhere was simply a numbers game for better rates. If we ever saw a more competitive offer on rates with BoA, we would 100% reconsider going back to this branch.

I was extremely disappointed with this location. I went to this location and wanted to go through the drive-thru(closedown). When I went inside, I asked the banker to cash-deposit my check. The banker didn't listen, and straight deposited the check into my account which take 4 days to transition into my account. I was livid after I had told them the method to do it. After getting a manager involved they were able to solve the problem and was able to get the entire check into my account that day. Was some of the most incompetent people I've dealt with within Bank of America.

I have had a Bank of America account for over 10 years. Today my husband went in to obtain a direct deposit form. I sat in the car. He was in the bank less than 5 minutes. Yeah for quickness! If you need to go in, early morning is the best.

You would be lucky to see 2 tellers working, even on a friday. Long lines, unfriendly tellers makes this the worst bank I've ever had to deal with.
